I spent 3 weeks in this apartment It is easy to locate because it is close to Choisy train station, convenient access, in a quiet building It is clean, close to transport, convenient for getting to Paris (several transport options that lead to the apartment) Next to it there is the market (3 times a week) Supermarkets and restaurants nearby for all tastes Martin is very responsive, welcoming My stay was in very good conditions. It has been great stay with everything as described. Location is very close to RER A station which makes it extremely convenient to visit Paris. Host is flexible for check in timings based on availability which helped us to check in early and freshen up.

Excellent! I was on vacation 8000km from home and alone... I had a very good feeling that was confirmed. I felt safe. The neighborhood is safe. 6 mins from the tram on foot. Bakeries, supermarkets and others nearby. The fan saved my life with the heat in Paris, but it was nice in the apartment without a fan. Bed very comfortable. Great welcome, thank you for everything! ❤️

We had a lovely stay, was located not too far from the metro which was really good. if we also needed anything the host was always available to help out. Definitely would stay again!

The accommodation was wonderful for a few days, good location and close to the metro. We had a few hot days and as we were using both bedrooms it got very hot easily, messaged Cesar and he had bought another fan and left it for us after a long day out at Disney. This was hugely appreciated and stood out for us, it made our stay outstanding. Would recommend for everyone! Thank you!

Such the perfect apartment for a stay in Paris! It was well-positioned on the metro/RER and well- stocked with anything we might need. Super clean. Our favorite part was the peaceful balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed each night.

Apartment is recently remodeled, great taste. Location is in an urban-residential neighborhood so don’t expect any tourist attractions or anything like that, regular people living their regular lives. There is a HUGE mall 6 minutes walking and they have plenty of options for food and shopping. Hosts are really responsive.

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

An outstanding stay in a comfortable unit near the Metro which gave access to everything in Paris. Some foodie places and a Carrefours across the lane made it even better. Very clean and well thought out accommodation. Perfect for us.

Stayed in the apartment with two friends. We had an amazing stay at Steve and Isabelle's apartment. They were kind, quick and friendly in their communication. The apartment had everything we needed and it was clean. The garden was perfect for a nice breakfast on a sunny day or some sunbathing before you head to Paris. The supermarket was less than a 5 min walk and the metro station was a quick and easy walk too. We received a small welcome package with our towels on the day of arrival. Very attentive. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would recommend anyone who wants to go to Paris for a couple of days.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Everything was perfect!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Very responsive and friendly host with a very nice accommodation

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
