Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

My stay, although shortened, was really very good. Mary was welcoming and responsive. The apartment is very good, functional and really very nice. Access to the garden was also very appreciable!! A great weekend for a successful bachelorette party! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, well-equipped, with a beautiful pool. We were here to attend a conference in Paris. The apartment is an annex of the landlord's house on a large green property. You are very undisturbed, can also sit outside very nicely, as you would hardly expect from an accommodation near Paris. It is also a big difference from the station district of Sucy; this property is really on the edge and is so closed off to the outside that you can't hear the street. About 15 minutes on foot to the train station, from there you can be in the center of Paris in 25 minutes. Inside the apartment, everything is suitable for two people; for coffee, we brought an espresso pot for the induction stove and did not use the existing machine (I am writing this because it is always an important topic for me).

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

Janet's apartment is highly recommended. It is quiet and furnished with a lot of love. The equipment is very good and nothing is missing. Janet is very friendly, was very flexible about the key handover and responded very quickly to messages. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent! I was on vacation 8000km from home and alone... I had a very good feeling that was confirmed. I felt safe. The neighborhood is safe. 6 mins from the tram on foot. Bakeries, supermarkets and others nearby. The fan saved my life with the heat in Paris, but it was nice in the apartment without a fan. Bed very comfortable. The accommodation met the expectations. The price definitely corresponds to the accommodation. It was further from the city and the subway, but nothing we weren't prepared for. After a couple of days, we even managed to perfectly combine the transport so that we could comfortably get directly from the accommodation and back. The equipment of the apartment was above standard, we had enough towels, cleaning products, which we used for washing due to the fact that we had a small child with us. Aurelie was very pleasant and responded very quickly, she accommodated me with an earlier check-in, as our flight was changed and we were terribly tired. The only downside I consider is the proximity of the hospital, when even in the late hours the buzzing of ambulances started (but the owner can't do that) and the walls of the building are already dangerously thin, I didn't even have the courage to go out on the balcony. Beds are great, linen is clean. Everyone had their own room; the kitchen was fully equipped, there was nothing to complain about. We are just used to better order and cleanliness, otherwise we did not miss anything and we felt really great

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Must say that it is very rare to have an accomodation this clean. Vincent was very friendly and everything worked out well. The area is lovely and nice to stay after busy Paris. The train is very convenient, there is a good shop near by. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Should we be back in Paris, we would stay here again.
