This stay was really great, as in the photos it is also real. Maybe even more beautiful. Lots of space and everything well taken care of. Two beautiful bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Very nice and tidy bathroom and kitchen. Just a pity that it has not been said that it is on the 4th floor the apartment. Without elevator... From the building you are quickly at the bus line that takes you to the metro station. Super convenient, we didn't do anything by car. All in all very satisfied and maybe we'll come back again. Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

Excellent! I was on vacation 8000km from home and alone... I had a very good feeling that was confirmed. I felt safe. The neighborhood is safe. 6 mins from the tram on foot. Bakeries, supermarkets and others nearby. The fan saved my life with the heat in Paris, but it was nice in the apartment without a fan. Bed very comfortable. Great welcome, thank you for everything! ❤️

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and order . Wonderful and quality bed linen . Very nice orthopedic mattress , it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are of high quality and soft. Cleanliness . The apartment was very quiet . This allowed you to relax peacefully after excursions . Host Jp is an insanely kind , friendly, helpful , polite and very caring person . Responded quickly and responded to any questions. Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

Accommodation perfectly matches the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. A clean, well equipped and soothing cocoon Really great stay in this home located in a quiet and relaxing area, perfect for blowing while staying close to Paris. We felt right at home thanks to impeccable cleanliness and ultra complete equipment: towels, bath products, dishes, functional kitchen, washing machine, and even a piano for mop artists — the detail that makes all the difference. The accommodation is well thought out, well maintained, and ideal for a few days. Only small downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle if you have a large vehicle (as was the case for us), so it's better to anticipate or come in a smaller model if possible. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Responsive host, serene atmosphere, and a real sense of comfort. A place that I'd recommend without a second thought, and where I'd be happy to come back.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. We had a great time with the family in this house! It is very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and really comfortable. We immediately felt comfortable there, it was perfect for meeting up with family and enjoying good times. The host was super nice, available at all times and very responsive, which made our experience even better. Honestly, this is one of the best Airbnbs I've booked so far. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.
