A prefect host, and a perfect location for SO CAL?? Can’t be beaten . Everything was no more than 45 minutes away, Hollywood , DisneyLand , Medieval times , the beach , riding horses!! Not to mention the host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!! If I take another trip to SO CAL , I’ll be booking here again !! The location perfect, the neighborhood safe and clean, the AirBnB was exactly as posted . Thanks again !!

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

Cute place. Was only there for a few nights, but easy to find and a nice parking spot. Host was there and very friendly. Other residents were quiet and nice, even stopping to chat for a bit. The neighborhood is nice, but not much to do (which means it's quiet, though). There's a grocery store in walking distance, and a nice downtown area a short drive away if you have a vehicle. I do feel the need to warn people about the shower: There's nothing wrong with it, it's just very loud! If you enjoy a peaceful night shower like me, expect to be in and out pretty fast as it is quite noisy!

Loved my stay at this beautiful, spacious and cozy place. Neighborhood was amazing and there’s walkable access to the train station, Target is close by, many restaurants are within 3 minutes of a walk and overall, it was a peaceful stay. 10/10 recommended

Felt right at home! The porch was nice to sit out on and listen and watch the birds! It was great. The location was perfect and the close by restaurants were delicious! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

We stayed for over a month, host was always very attentive, answered all questions in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay as we are waiting for assisted housing for my disabled father. Geoff was always accommodating to unexpected issues that arose on my end. The studio home has everything needed for a lengthy stay or short. My father was comfortable watching movies and sitting on the porch at night. Thank you Geoff for being such a spectacular host! A++++

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!
