Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was spotless and looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Domenico was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The private garage parking was a huge plus and made coming and going super convenient. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful place to stay if you’re looking for something further out to enjoy a more scenic stay outside the city! Easy enough to get the bus into the city of Florence for the day also so best of both worlds! The decor and design of the place was beautiful also.

The apartment had everything we needed (perfect for families) and it is just a 30 minute bus ride to the heart of Florence! Grazia is a wonderful host and she is very knowledgeable about things to do in Florence. She welcomed us at the door and answered all our questions about the apartment and how to use the bus. Grazia even helped us with our bags when the elevator wasn’t working! We would definitely recommend Grazia’s place.

Stefania’s apartment is spacious and new with an easy walk to a market, pizzeria, and wine shop. We took short taxi rides into downtown for sightseeing. It was lovely to return to a peaceful neighborhood because Florence was very crowded on Saturday and Sunday. The taxi app was perfect! Rides arrived in five minutes. I would definitely return!

Clean, simple but neat accommodation, on the ground floor on the street... if the neighborhood is relatively quiet, still plan earplugs🙂. Just missing a microwave to facilitate breakfast (no pots).

The apartment is too nice, the truth is that it exceeded all our expectations. The host is very attentive to every detail, he left us coffee, food, towels. Everything was excellent, I would definitely come back a thousand times

Our group stayed here for a few nights whilst travelling round Italy to attend the Firenze Rocks concert and see around Florence. the accommodation is quite central with a 25-30 minute walk into the centre (easy flat walk with loads of shopping and cafes/restaurants around). Very convenient if you have a rental car as plenty of parking around and secure parking across the road. The apartment was clean, tidy and had loads of extras included, toiletries, welcome bottle of wine, travel plugs and a local guide made out by Daniela for sightseeing, food, etc recommendations. Daniela was very friendly and always responsive to any queries we had. 5 star host and accommodation ☺️

I had the most lovely stay at this airbnb. It was exactly like the photos, in a quiet neighborhood. The 30 minutes walk to the centrum was not much, I was happy about having the airbnb outside the city centrum, so I can fully relax after a busy day. The hosts are super friendly, left something to drink and eat for my arrival and where quick to give me an answer whenever I had a question. There is also an airco, which is lovely when the nights are too hot. The styling of the airbnb made me feel right at home and everything you need in a house, kitchen or bathroom, the hosts thought about. Even insect spray was available to use. Whenever you are in Firenze, think about this airbnb. I can not wait to come back here!

This apartment could not be better. Perfect location, perfectly clean, AC was most welcome in the city heat. It was quiet even though we were on a busy street. We loved it and would stay here over and over. Highly recommend and book without hesitation!!!

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

If Lorenzo's place is available, just book it. You couldn't be more centrally located. Everything in Florence is walking distance from the unit. The view of the Duomo from the main room is stunning. The stairs can be a little tough if you have heavy luggage but the elevator helps a lot. The air conditioning in the unit is also top notch. It was very hot during our stay and walking back in to the cold unit felt great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Nicola’s place was exactly as described an in a great location! He was very responsive at all points during our stay.

We loved staying with Rosella first of all. The Flat is right at the Heart of florence so you can get to all the sites by foot. We had some great nightouts in the nearby bars and on the balcony with a nice view of the old city center. For everyone coming to florence i can only urge you to stay with Rosella.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Max was a thoughtful, responsive, kind and helpful host! We appreciated the care he took to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, the maps with suggestions for where to eat and what to do were a great bonus. We loved learning about his family history and staying in his family home - that was beautifully preserved and updated for our convenience! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
