Gloria and Ilaria are great hosts! The apartment is well located, and just as described in the listing. There is a supermarket leaving the apartment and several restaurants, gelaterias, bars very close by. In the apartment you will find a notebook with recommendations. There is a park with children's games within a couple of minutes walking. We could find parking in the street super easy. The apartment has everything you need for a very good stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Ilaria was very friendly, made us feel at home, always responded quickly to everything we needed and gave us many instructions for help. The house was very clean and looked as it was in the pictures.

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

I am very happy with this stay. Arianna was always responsive and everything in the house as it was descripted. I arrived to the house after a tiring day with multiple flights and the comfort, the welcome atmosphere and privacy of the house was all I needed. City center is around 40 minutes walking distance, pretty good options for the buses and just 15 minutes walking distance to the Campo Di Marte Train Station. I stayed one week in this lovely house and being close to the train station was a big plus for me. Sometimes I stayed and work, you have Esselunga market very near, which you can pretty much find anything. The house was clean, the bed for so comfortable, the kitchen was small but I didn't need a big one and you have necessary equipments if you want to cook or prepare a meal for yourself. Overall a very pleasant stay if you travel solo or if you are a couple. I strongly recommend Arianna's house...

We stayed from 11-18/6/25. Our stay was great. In the apartment we felt at home, comfortable, spacious, clean, equipped, ideal place to stay in Florence. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is also an elevator. The transfer to the city center was done by bus 6 or 6A or 6B with very regular routes. Shops very close. Communication with Alessandra was impeccable, direct and friendly. I will recommend it to friends and I will stay again on my next trip to Florence. I just won't rent a car next time because unfortunately there is no free parking. You can park on the blue lines for a fee from 08:00 to 20:00 for 1€/hour. It is free from 20:00 to 08:00 with difficulty finding a parking space. Respectively, in the city center, the parking lot on the blue lines is payable from 08:00 to 20:00 at 2€/hour. We thank Alessandra for being excellent.

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

Paola was very helpful and responsive, and very friendly. The place was exactly what we needed - safe, clean, welcoming, and walking distance to the historic center (but without feeling overwhelmed with tourists right outside your door). Google Maps is incorrect (it will send you a block over from where the unit is), but Paola gave very clear directions for how to find the place so we had no issues. Definitely recommend!

Aida's place was wonderful! We loved everything about it. It's very spacious and decorated beautifully. The air-conditioning was fantastic to come home to after long days sightseeing in very warm weather. We highly recommend Aida's place for a "home away from home."

We were immediately enchanted by this property. Everything here makes up the image that one can have of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good right away, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Andrea was a fabulous host. Worked with us so we could drop off our bags early. Met us in person and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely with lots of space for our family of four. Andrea also provided bottled water, bus tickets, and a bottle of wine! Totally above and beyond. We wish we could have stayed longer.

You won't find a better location — you're literally just steps from the Duomo and the main square. Everything is within walking distance, and there's incredible gelato right across the street. We had a great stay; the apartment had everything we needed. Communication was excellent throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence. It's on the third floor, but there's an elevator, which made bringing up our suitcases so much easier

A quiet place, easy to which you can easily access, with supermarkets and transport nearby that connect you with the whole city. Conveniently located but without the hustle and bustle of the center. A plus because it has a laundry room and air conditioning. Everything went very well and Liana was very attentive and was always available. Thank you!

By far our favourite Airbnb and stay so far. La Velline is so incredibly stunning, the gardens, the room, the view, the pool everything is perfect. We did not want to leave, Chiara was so responsive in her communication and was so kind to give us a late check out so our baby could have his morning sleep before we left. If you are thinking of somewhere to stay in Tuscany look no further. 10/10! Thank you Chiara 😊

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

We enjoyed the garden, which was surprisingly large! Occasionally, someone walks by, but they don't immediately look into the garden. Friendly animals that occasionally come by. In addition, the cottage was equipped with all comforts, a bed that sleeps great and the most beautiful view ever! 🤍 Monica is really the sweetest woman, who warmly welcomes you and shows you the place first! Thank you and we will definitely come back!

This place is absolutely perfect. It is probably one of the biggest Airbnb places I have ever stayed for the money. Everything was clean. Everything was perfect. Very quaint little town. Very quiet at night. The bed in the master bedroom was absolutely one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. If you come to this area, please check out this property. You will not be disappointed.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

We have just returned from a great holiday in Tuscany. Our first visit to the area. Eleanors place was as described, was clean and comfortable and has been the perfect base for what we had planned, visiting Florence, Sienna and other villages in the area. We hired a car from the airport and the directions to the property were good. We had good communication with Eleanor from booking to arrival and during our stay. The property is sitiated within a family owned olive grove with lovely views from the estate over Florence and the surrounding area. We would recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.
