Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Council of the City of Sydney

Location was awesome!! Lachlan was very friendly. Was a little bit noisy at night (could hear people on the street) but overall was happy!

A big thanks for the wonderful stay! We enjoyed the time in Sydney a lot! The flat is very well designed and has a stunning view on the bay! The kitchen is so well equipped and everything was very high quality and beautiful. Keith was so kind and friendly, very responsive and also very flexible for our check-in and check-out. This apartment is all about the location. Everything is at your doorstep. Apartment itself is nice, everything as described. Host was responsive, no issues.

Joe's place was extremely comfortable, clean, tidy, conveniently located and perfect for any individual or couple staying in Sydney short-term. Joe's unit is within walking distance to cafes, shops, pubs and only a 10-minute walk to Kings Cross. The Sydney CBD is also within walking distance, as are Museums, Hyde Park, the Domain and other great local places of interest. A bus stop is conveniently located at the end of Joe's Street and basic essentials are provided by Joe. We definitely plan to stay at Joe's unit again and thank Joe for his incredible hospitality and communication. We highly recommend Joe's unit to others visiting Sydney.

This AirBnb is even better than the photos/description! I stayed here for a month with my partner and we absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is exactly as photographed yet even better in person somehow. It’s super modern, close to Redfern station and a great location to stay if you’re looking to explore Sydney. What made our stay all the more the comfortable was our fantastic host: every time we asked for something, such as more toilet paper/shower gel, we received an immediate, friendly response and all of our requirements were met. She was also lovely & friendly in person and made us feel at home. I honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer at this AirBnb as we were sad to leave this beautiful apartment. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay ☺️

We stayed in Annie’s apartment for a trip to Sydney for Vivid Lights and we were happy with everything from Annie giving us an early check in and meeting us to hand over the keys with easy to follow instructions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to Darling Harbour and the city shops. We loved sitting on the little veranda and having a glass of wine 🍷 both afternoons and watching the city around us. We would definitely recommend Annie’s place if you’re staying in the city!

Treated my daughter and a few friends to the most wonderful evening at this gorgeous penthouse. Stunning city skyline views, spacious outdoor areas, pristine modern 2br apartment. Instructions very clear, local tips, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked, host friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Stayed here for about 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it! In a great area that’s quiet at night and is a short bus ride to the city and bondi/bondi junction as well. Home was clean upon arrival and had no issues during my stay.

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

Dongs airbnb was very well turned out and very comfortable.Great area and within walking distance to trains. We had a few queries prior to arriving and Dong replied rapidly and was most responsive to those queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with this host again Car parking out the front was no hassle so we didn’t have to avail ourselves of the garage off the lane at the back

I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful Airbnb, a great location to see everything Sydney has to offer. Very tastefully designed and holds the charm that is Camperdown/ Newtown houses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Beautiful Darlinghurst home. Great, comfortable home for large groups. Host was warm, responsive and accomodating. Location is walkable to Oxford st, Hyde park, and many yummy cafes. View of the city from the terrace is a lovely way to enjoy the city from a more peaceful and spacious home.

Great place to stay in Sydney. Close to university campus. Easy to get to the train station Redfern to get into the city and bus stops at the university to get to Bondi. The house was nice and tidy on arrival. Beds was firm and very nice. Three stories with dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry and toilet on the bottom floor. Bedrooms on middle and top floor. We cooked some meals in the kitchen, it was all functional. Would stay again!

Andrew’s cottage was the perfect home base for our stay in Sydney and he is a true bed and breakfast host. He was very attentive, flexible, and accommodating throughout our week long stay. We loved being tucked in the quiet and charming Paddington neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Malcom was very helpful throughout the booking process, and made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The unit is delightful, with natural light from the leafy verandah room giving a lovely feel. The main bed was very comfortable, and the second bed which we requested was comfortable also. Linen and towels were of very good quality, and the fridge, pantry and bathroom were well stocked. We were provided with fresh artisanal bread and croissants on our arrival - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! The 470 bus stop is a few metres from the building entrance, and it’s a short trip to the city; restaurants and coffee shops are also close by. Thank you, Malcolm, for making our Film Festival holiday so enjoyable!

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Great location beautiful property well maintained

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Cecilia is a fantastic air bnb host - Myself and my partner were up in Sydney for my surgery and Cecilia was supper accommodating pre stay and answered all my questions concerning my recovery. I can be very picky with cleanliness but this beautiful apartment is absolutely spotless. Close to everything you need as well!
