Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Council of the City of Sydney

Stayed here for about 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it! In a great area that’s quiet at night and is a short bus ride to the city and bondi/bondi junction as well. Home was clean upon arrival and had no issues during my stay.

Thank you so much for having us Sara! The house was perfectly located - easy walk to lots of fantastic cafes and restaurants and an easy uber to anywhere around the city. Lovely well decorated home with great amenities! Clean and tidy! Beds were super comfy which is always a plus! The only thing to note is the stairs are steep which Sara was kind enough to warn us about but definitely consider if you have any mobility restrictions! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this location 🙂

Really enjoyed staying at the house - view of the bridge is spectacular. We went to two shows at the Opera House and hit the Galleries ... we were able to walk everywhere which was great. Suzanna was great giving us lot's of local recommendations from the pub across the road to high end options. She was very communicative and I couldn't have wished for more from a host.

Helen’s home provided such a beautiful stay. There was a warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as we stepped in, the place is impeccable styled and exceptionally clean. Plus, you cannot beat the location. Thank you so much Helen!

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

Suzanna's place was situated in a quiet tree lined street. It is a short walk from parks, cafes and restaurants. The house had plenty of living room and good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Communication with the host was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Rob and Amy were amazing hosts. They were flexible with my check in time, which I really appreciated. The house is super cool. It is stocked with everything you need and is in a great location. Recommend !

It was great location(you can go anywhere easily from the airbnb) and host sunny was so nice! Helped use to early check in, Always caring us when we need help or somethint. Room is so cozy and beautiful for sure, everything was clean. Our family enjoyed stay here, beautiful mermories we made! Great location in Elizabeth bay. Nice views from the balcony and living room. Easy walk to Kings Cross train station and local buses, so easy to get around. Nice local cafe on Elizabeth bay marina that’s worth checking out. Apartment is a good size, two bathrooms with one being en-suite. If you’re self catering there kitchen is good and large fridge. Victoria was a great host, proactive and helpful.

Clean, modern and central to Chinatown and light rail stops. Fantastic apartment and can recommend.

Penny was a great and friendly host who responded to my questions promptly. Penny was also accommodating and added my check out time. In all it was a lovely place that was close to the CBD and the Beaches which were our main interest. I would stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is a clothes dryer. I n winter clothes hardly dry. Dryers are usually common in most Airbnb settings so maybe the owner should look into this.

A spacious one bedroom apartment that encourages relaxation and has excellent cooking amenities. Annandale village is lovely and close by. There is a pleasant walking track that takes you down to the water in about 15 minutes.

I think location of the house is convenient. There is Light rails and supermarket Coles near by. Also , Alexander is actually kind , and he always take the initiative to care about us.

The apartment was a great place to base ourselves for a work trip for a month. Not only is the apartment super comfortable and lovely (great deck and view surrounded by tropical vegetation and beautiful birdsong every evening) but we enjoyed the complex pool and gym too! Really handy and great quality equipment. The location is excellent for a walk to Newtown and very well connected into the city (or anywhere else) with a range of reliable bus connections. The check-in / check-out is simple and communication with the hosts excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We spent a great weekend in Jenna’s studio. The location is convenient; close to both the airport and the city centre. It is only a 10 minute walk to Crown Street and its trendy eateries and, if you fancy a longer walk, you can reach the botanical gardens for views of the Opera House and Sydney Bridge. Central station is only a 10 minute walk away and from there you can pretty much reach anywhere in Sydney. The converted garage is cosy and very clean. It also has breakfast bits (like coffee, granola, yogurt, porridge and milk) which were super appreciated. We were there in cold winter days and there is a AC/Heater unit to keep warm. We absolutely had everything we needed, thanks Jenna 😊

Although we didn't book this house originally, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay here again!!

We had an amazing stay at Nicole’s place! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Nicole’s thoughtful touches, like leaving us food to make our stay even better, truly set her apart as a host. She was kind, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay in Paddington with an exceptional host, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again-highly recommend!

We were very comfortable in Melinda’s house. All was as described and more. Everything needed to self-cater was there, and Melinda had left supplies and treats to ensure we were able to move in and immediately feel at home. We found the house to be modern, well appointed, secure, spotlessly clean and with very comfortable bedding. We loved the proximity to great cafes, pubs, supermarkets and the train station, and yet the area was peaceful and quiet. The area is very walkable, so we didn’t need our car. Finding suitable nearby parking for the duration of our stay was simple. Melinda provided clear and timely advice on location/access, and was responsive and clear in communication during our stay. It was clear that Melinda takes care to ensure guests are happy and comfortable. Thank you Melinda, you are a terrific host.

A great house that ticked all the boxes - fantastic location (restuarants, shopping , great coffee all in walking distance) easy walk to the SCG, beautifully decorated, lovely linen , comfy beds, Air Con, 5 star Kitchen and very generous supplies ....and Allison was a delightful and responsive host. Can't wait to stay again.

We had a great experience here. The apartment was very clean, nicely stocked upon arrival with coffee pods and other essentials, and is in a great location. The kitchen was well outfitted, cooking here is not a problem at all; the bathroom was clean and had lots of hot water. Any problems that arose were handled very professionally and quickly. WiFi was great also. Overall - great hosts, great apartment. Would recommend!

really lovely spot very close to where everything was happening but off the main road so quiet too. one bedroom has a window by the main road but quiet enough, the other no windows and away from the road so darker and quieter but less airy. did us well as our friend liked a breeze but we liked the dark and quiet for sleeping. very nice responsive host and felt definitely worth the money.

Definitely gonna be back stay here, feels like home. The team was friendly and gave me clear instructions. The house ambiance was pleasant and comfortable. They have everything (literally everything) we need. Asians would love to stay here (they have ricecookers, oysters sauce, and other asians needs). Thank you Amy!
