Master bedroom with en-suite and guest bedroom with separate bathroom. Two TVs, audio and wi-fi, central air conditioning and heating system. Quality leather lounges and travertine table seating up to eight. Extensive balcony with BBQ and external heater. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Gas cooktop. All apartment facilities including two pools and two gyms, secure car space. Access to facilities, parking and the lift are controlled by secure swipe card. There are 3 locked cupboards that are not accessible for guests. Guests will be welcomed by the hosts or a member of their family with key handover and explanation of parking and security system. Sydney's Inner West area is close to the CBD, Sydney University, funky Newtown, parks and family-friendly areas, eateries, and nearby activities: AFL, dragon boating, cycling and walking paths, and easy access to Blackwattle Bay on Sydney Harbour. Excellent bus connection to CBD which takes about 15 mins and goes past Central Railway Station. Alternatively, a short walk to the light rail which services Darling Harbour, Chinatown and ends up at Central Railway Station. There is a convenience store, Japanese restaurant and cafe, less than 50m walk from the lift. The convenience store supplies Opal Cards (the Sydney transport card for bus, train, light rail and ferry).

Built in March 2020 this new airy space w D/bed & bamboo garden views has room for you to sleep, study and do yoga if that’s your thing! 5 mins to the train direct (10 mins) to the city and 5 mins to great cafes, restaurants or SYDNEY park for jogging or feeding the ducks; this serene studio is close to the best Newtown has to offer but with the independence of being in a separate garden studio if you want peace and quiet. Megan’s home was beautiful. The flow from inside to outside is stunning. The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area overlooks the deck and garden through huge folding doors… lovely for meals together. Location was amazing Stroll to beach and shops Hot and cold outdoor shower was a bonus! The flat out the back was perfect for my Dad. Everything he could need. The hosts are warm and welcoming offering their home generously. Honestly, phots do not do it justice… Upon turning up at front gate- their home was absolutely beautiful. Would dearly love to stay again.

Lovely house in a beautiful location. I catch public transport and it is very rare to find a stay with such gorgeous views so close to amenities like the buses, the main street, as well as a park. The house and room are very tidy and clean, and all match the photos exactly. Chun is a welcoming, friendly, helpful host who takes a lot of care in making sure visitors are comfortable during their stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s Airbnb. Hannah was always reachable and very helpful. The house was fantastic for our children to explore, play and unwind after a long day by the beautiful calm waters of Great Mackerel. The adults were able to unwind and enjoy a seaside holiday too with all the amenities and generous space of the property. We would absolutely love to stay again and could not recommend this Airbnb enough!

Best place to stay in Sydney for price to quality ratio! This place was extremely affordable, very spacious, perfect location (easily accessible by the tram to the Harbour) and walking distance to the main station to get to the airport. The place was very clean and overall were extremely happy with our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tommy’s place. The location was perfect! Central and so close to trains and the light rail, which made getting around the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffees and breaky out on the balcony with the beautiful city views. Tommy was a great host with clear, friendly communication We’d definitely love to stay again.

Perfect central location! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped—we were able to cook breakfast and a few meals with ease. My husband especially loved the outdoor terrace where he could relax and enjoy a beer in the evenings. The Smart TV was great for winding down, and the bathroom essentials provided were good quality. We also appreciated the accessible laundry area, which was free to use. The place is easily accessible and surrounded by great restaurants right in front of the building. Located in the heart of Chinatown, it’s just steps away from the famous Emperor’s Garden Bakery and a short walk to Darling Harbour, Hay Street and George Street. Leo was very kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!
