Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Council of the City of Sydney

Stayed here for about 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it! In a great area that’s quiet at night and is a short bus ride to the city and bondi/bondi junction as well. Home was clean upon arrival and had no issues during my stay.

Thank you so much for having us Sara! The house was perfectly located - easy walk to lots of fantastic cafes and restaurants and an easy uber to anywhere around the city. Lovely well decorated home with great amenities! Clean and tidy! Beds were super comfy which is always a plus! The only thing to note is the stairs are steep which Sara was kind enough to warn us about but definitely consider if you have any mobility restrictions! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this location 🙂

We had an amazing stay at Nicole’s place! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Nicole’s thoughtful touches, like leaving us food to make our stay even better, truly set her apart as a host. She was kind, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay in Paddington with an exceptional host, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again-highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

Suzanna's place was situated in a quiet tree lined street. It is a short walk from parks, cafes and restaurants. The house had plenty of living room and good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Communication with the host was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Rob and Amy were amazing hosts. They were flexible with my check in time, which I really appreciated. The house is super cool. It is stocked with everything you need and is in a great location. Recommend !

Had a great stay at Emma's place. It was perfect for my business trip to the nearby technology park and walking distance to everything I needed. Was able to arrive by car and park easily without extra cost. The apartment had almost everything I needed and is well equipped.

It was great location(you can go anywhere easily from the airbnb) and host sunny was so nice! Helped use to early check in, Always caring us when we need help or somethint. Room is so cozy and beautiful for sure, everything was clean. Our family enjoyed stay here, beautiful mermories we made! Thank you so much! 100% would like to stay here again if I come back to Sydney!

Great location in Elizabeth bay. Nice views from the balcony and living room. Easy walk to Kings Cross train station and local buses, so easy to get around. Nice local cafe on Elizabeth bay marina that’s worth checking out. Apartment is a good size, two bathrooms with one being en-suite. If you’re self catering there kitchen is good and large fridge. Victoria was a great host, proactive and helpful.

Penny was a great and friendly host who responded to my questions promptly. Penny was also accommodating and added my check out time. In all it was a lovely place that was close to the CBD and the Beaches which were our main interest. I would stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is a clothes dryer. I n winter clothes hardly dry. Dryers are usually common in most Airbnb settings so maybe the owner should look into this.

A spacious one bedroom apartment that encourages relaxation and has excellent cooking amenities. Annandale village is lovely and close by. There is a pleasant walking track that takes you down to the water in about 15 minutes.

My partner and I visited Sydney for a family event. Adeel's place definitely stood out for the location, modern décor and amazing private balcony. As I am a Sydney expat, I knew what Potts Point has to offer. Adeel was very helpful for check-in and any questions I had leading up to our stay, and his response time was immediate. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with all the conveniences you could possibly want. The balcony was a stand-out and is actually a lot bigger than the images portray, I just wish we could have stayed longer to be able to enjoy it! The location was walkable to eateries, bars, convenience stores, and if you are looking for a central place to stay for a weekend exploring Sydney's nightlife, look no further! This is the place to stay. 5 stars across the board for the host and the place. Thanks Adeel for making our stay memorable, and your generosity. We will be back for sure!

We spent a great weekend in Jenna’s studio. The location is convenient; close to both the airport and the city centre. It is only a 10 minute walk to Crown Street and its trendy eateries and, if you fancy a longer walk, you can reach the botanical gardens for views of the Opera House and Sydney Bridge. Central station is only a 10 minute walk away and from there you can pretty much reach anywhere in Sydney. The converted garage is cosy and very clean. It also has breakfast bits (like coffee, granola, yogurt, porridge and milk) which were super appreciated. We were there in cold winter days and there is a AC/Heater unit to keep warm. We absolutely had everything we needed, thanks Jenna 😊

Although we didn't book this house originally, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay here again!!

Josh was proactive, responsive and very helpful during our stay. The apartment is clean, free of clutter, quiet at night and very close to the amazing bars and restaurants of Surrey Hills. We tried a number of the recommended restaurants and were very impressed. Would not hesitate to return and would 5 star recommend to anyone going to Sydney.

Great location, walking distance to cafes and Sydney park. Very modern interior and has everything you need. The appliances are the best of the best. Great place if you are bringing your dog, owners are very understanding. Would book again.

We were very comfortable in Melinda’s house. All was as described and more. Everything needed to self-cater was there, and Melinda had left supplies and treats to ensure we were able to move in and immediately feel at home. We found the house to be modern, well appointed, secure, spotlessly clean and with very comfortable bedding. We loved the proximity to great cafes, pubs, supermarkets and the train station, and yet the area was peaceful and quiet. The area is very walkable, so we didn’t need our car. Finding suitable nearby parking for the duration of our stay was simple. Melinda provided clear and timely advice on location/access, and was responsive and clear in communication during our stay. It was clear that Melinda takes care to ensure guests are happy and comfortable. Thank you Melinda, you are a terrific host.

I stayed at Stuart’s place for a month while in town for work. The location was perfect - cute cafes right outside the door, a lovely neighbourhood, and easy access to everywhere via bus or walking - only downside is the auto body shop across the street. Place was spacious for Sydney and the building was very secure. Stuart nicely arranged a cleaning halfway through my long stay. I only wished for AC on a couple hot days but mostly the fans and balcony doors were sufficient. Would recommend Stuart’s place!

Airbnb Review We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood—perfect for families. Despite the peaceful surroundings, it’s within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants, and getting around with public transportation was very easy. The house feels truly homey, with a beautiful terrace that’s perfect for relaxing in the afternoon while reading or playing games with the kids. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made daily cooking a breeze. Overall, my kids and I were very satisfied and would gladly stay here again!

Travelled with 2 friends from Singapore and Melbourne. We loved Stuart’s place, beautifully done, clean and cosy. Stuart was super friendly and responsive! Loved the experience, bonus : it’s a few steps from Archie Rose Distillery !
