Tanner was an awesome host. We reached out with an amenity question before our stay asking about any fans in the Airbnb and he said he didn’t have any. A few days later, he reached out and let us know he had purchased some for us which was awesome of him and I feel went above and beyond! It was incredibly thoughtful. The place was nice and quiet and clean.

The only reason for not giving all categories all 5 stars was the fact that when the people upstairs were around, it was very noisy. That being said, Matthew did say this in the welcome book. The house was warm and inviting. Funky but functional layout. All amenities were as described. Close to everything we wanted to do and Matthew had a lot of little touches that made the home welcoming and fun. Almost perfect for what we needed this weekend.

Beautiful place! My family and I enjoyed our stay at Falcon Way. The location was peaceful; perfect for relaxing around the fire pit or taking a dip in the hot tub on a cold night. Alli was super responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating with our last-minute request to extend. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Midvale Station! The home was incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Communication with the host was smooth and very friendly. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere

Adrian’s place was a true Salt Lake City staycation find. The home was big, beautiful, and so thoughtfully designed. You truly feel like a celebrity staying here. The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the capital which was a beautiful place for walking my dogs. Excited to stay here again!

Great apartment! Good for a short stay in SLC

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful and peaceful Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the breathtaking mountain views that surrounded the property—it truly felt like a secluded slice of paradise. Every morning I woke up to the sound of nature and a view that looked like it was straight out of a postcard. The home was tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of care into every detail. Speaking of the hosts—they were absolutely wonderful. Kind, welcoming, and always available if I needed anything, but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy the serenity of the location. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains, surrounded by beauty and hosted by genuinely kind people, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Stan’s place was great, beautiful neighborhood and very peaceful. Stan was very understanding with the weather being hot for us Washingtonians and adjusted the temperature so we were comfortable. The pool was amazing. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Sandy again. Oh and the beds were comfy too!

Had a great stay at Denny’s place! Convenient location with a spectacular view of the mountains from the deck. Loved having the hot tub after some long days on the trails and it was really nice having comfortable sleep number beds. Would definitely stay again.

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

My partner and I loved staying at this location - the neighborhood was lovely and it was close to many great restaurants and cafes. The house itself was exceptionally clean and exactly as advertised!

Had a very comfortable stay at Ryan and Katie’s beautiful home. The unit was easy to find with plenty of parking and stunning mountain views. It’s a short drive to the snow resort, with nearby grocery stores and great dining options. The space met our expectations and stayed warm with the available heaters. The bathroom was a bit small but manageable, and noise was minimal, mostly in the morning and early evening. Overall, we’d stay again and recommend it to others!

This was the cutest little condo I stayed at, my boyfriend and I so pleased with how comfortable everything was. It was so clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony had a view of the City lights. We will most definitely be coming back.

The condo was a fun little getaway! The hot tub was our favorite part! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our little retreat. I was able to reach out to Isaac and got immediate responses. my husband and I were very pleased with our hosts and fun weekend at the condo! We would recommend Isaac and Maritza to friends and family for fantastic hosts. Thank you again for an awesome experience!

Beautiful room that matches the description. Very detailed instructions and communication for check in and stay. Loved the location being walkable to many restaurants nearby. Everything was great and would recommend for anyone visiting SLC!

We had a wonderful time staying at Michaela's place! My phone had issues with the door's locking system, but Michaela's friend graciously came immediately and helped us troubleshoot the problems so we didn't have to worry going forward for the week we stayed. I appreciated that responsiveness immensely. The place was gorgeous, kitchen was lovely to use, and the neighborhood was quiet and very enjoyable!

It was very clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for a weekend in Salt Lake City.

Favorite place to stay downtown SLC! The Rose right around the corner is perfect for breakfast or just a wonderful coffee. I’ve stayed in a few short term rentals in this building and TBH they’ve all been great! I need to just buy one but I digress. Matt’s here was my favorite though. Very clean, had everything I needed and felt like home. And as a host Matt has it dialed. It was easy with no issues as it should be. Thanks and I’ll be back!

Great location with excellent parking right outside the door. Three minor items to be aware of: (1) The bed is soft/saggy, (2) The sliding door to the bathroom isn't completely private, (3) There is a sulfur smell in the kitchen occasionally, I think from the sink vent. Overall, it's a good place for the cost.
