After a long road trip, this was just the spot we needed for the night. Perfect spot.

5-star stay at The Greenhouse! Everything you need and want is provided and the location is quiet, safe, and very close to everything I wanted to do and see. I was traveling solo and stayed for 5 nights and felt very safe the whole time. Never had an issue with parking and couldn't hear any noise at all from the guest staying in the adjacent unit. I also think it's worth mentioning that I always have difficulty sleeping on vacation but those 5 nights I slept better than I do at home! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to SLC. This is a nice, clean place, and Jennifer was friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly to messages. I stayed here during an interstate move, and it was nice to be in a quiet suburb (but still close to restaurants and a Trader Joe’s) rather than the heart of SLC. I will say that the bed was very soft, and the laundry soap and toiletries were strongly fragranced. I know these are a matter of personal taste, but just thought I’d mention them in case anyone doesn’t like either of those things.

Stay was perfect for our family. Easy access to the interstate, downtown and the airport. Beds were a bit firm for our liking but overall was a great stay. Would recommend/stay again!

Extremely clean unit/space. Bathroom was clean with a very hot shower with soft water. Only 1 bedroom with a queen size bed that was very comfortable. Other bed was a pull-out full size sofa with provided clean linens. Quick access to interstates, stores, restaurants, shopping. Approximately 30 min to Park City, 20 min to SLC airport, and 25 min to Lehi. Very quiet neighborhood. Host does stay in unit above and we only heard them on our last day and it was non bothersome then. Spotless kitchen. Enough space for 2-3 people. Feel like 4 people would be cramped. Big TVs and kept cooled during the summer despite the thermostat being controlled by the main unit. Easy coming and going from the unit at anytime of the day/night. Would absolutely, 10000% stay here again with 2 people. Didn't need to contact Tiffany for anything but she made herself available if we did.

Very cute little house, clean and cozy! Great backyard for hanging out and especially great for doggos!

Jane's home was in a pristine location for our week stay as we used it to base trips to the mountains as well as several trips to different areas downtown. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay, close to the park and quiet peaceful neighborhood. Older house that is update and decked out with amenities. We enjoyed the backyard landscaping, pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much

Stan’s place was great, beautiful neighborhood and very peaceful. Stan was very understanding with the weather being hot for us Washingtonians and adjusted the temperature so we were comfortable. The pool was amazing. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Sandy again. Oh and the beds were comfy too!

This is a very cozy condo. Excellent place to get a great nights rest after a day of Salt Lake City adventures.

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Mike’s place is very close to Little Cottonwood Canyon with astonishing mountain view. You can find all the amenities you need at this place. I would definitely recommend to stay at this property.

Small and cozy, great for a single person or couple! The bed is SO soft and comfortable! The hosts are so kind and very responsive! It's very clean and they don't disturb you at all. Its noted that you may hear family noise as it is in someone's home, but it was perfectly silent for us! They left a binder on house rules but also has great local recommendations for stuff to do around the area! It also has a section for visitors from other country's as well which I thought was a wonderful touch! We will be recurring visitors!

Super clean space with all the necessary amenities. Really nice neighborhood with tons of spots to hike and walk nearby. Will was a great host and very friendly.

Place was exactly as pictured and had all amenities you need. Quiet neighborhood, close to many stores and restaurants. Beautiful scenery. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely modern remodel with all the extras to make your stay extra comfortable. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable (thank you god!) and the self-flushing, heated toilet seats were a wonderful added touch. Wonderful location for skiing Snowbird and Alta. The only improvement I could suggest is adding drawers or shelves in the closet (large closets but only hangers), otherwise this place is truly perfect!

This was an amazing spot! The house was clean. The kitchen was excellent. There was good access to a washer and a dryer. Would definitely rent again if I come back to Salt Lake City. Jennie has a neat booklet that she put together with some really fun things to do and places to eat.
