Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Salt Lake County

Shelby’s place was a wonderful place to stay in Sandy! It was a very convenient location for many recreational activities, sporting events, shopping, and the airport. Recommendations for the area’s restaurants and activities were provided. They also took care of the removal and washing of bedding and towels, unlike the long list of required duties some rentals have! That is super helpful and time-saving! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great landing spot for our group. The basement was nice and cool and we got much needed rest with it being a little darker.

Clean and comfy! All the amenities you need plus I love how kitchen items were labeled for quicker easier find! The fun decor was a lovely plus! Close to all the SLC stuff we wanted to see!

Adrian’s place was a true Salt Lake City staycation find. The home was big, beautiful, and so thoughtfully designed. You truly feel like a celebrity staying here. The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the capital which was a beautiful place for walking my dogs. Excited to stay here again!

Very cute home, very well designed. Extremely clean with thoughtful amenities. Comfortable beds. Proactive host with exceptional directions for check-in. I would definitely stay here again. My only advise is to advertise the duplex part to appear on main page. It says entire home, so I booked it, then was surprised that it was a duplex when the host reached out with instructions. (My bad for not reading everything)That being said, the privacy was wonderful and we really enjoyed the home. Thank you for being a great host.

great place to stay! we only stayed for 1 night, but it was very comfortable. the bed frame is a bit squeaky, so if you move a lot in your sleep be aware of that. similarly, the bedroom windows face east so lots of light comes in during the morning and might wake you up. other than that, it was a nice stay. walkable area, comfy bed, nice little apartment

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

Enjoyed our stay! This was an unexpected trip for a medical emergency unfortunately. But, Kay made our last minute reservation seem less. The hot tub and property were well maintained. Hot tub checked/maintained daily. The decorations are so unique. Thankful to have had this space to come home to during this stressful time.

WOW! This is my favorite stay on air bnb (and my border collies). Beautiful, big back yard with tree swings, hammocks, large trees and mountain views. My pup and I bumped into the owner’s and their dogs only once (which was lovely!), so there’s lots of privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. The apartment itself was spotless and decorated so cute. They had so many little amenities— extra toothbrushes, cotton swabs, hair ties, etc. The apartment was very quiet, the only noise i heard was the occasional cute little footsteps from the dogs :) But even that was rare. The kitchen was great! I cooked at their place for every meal and the hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything worked great. They also provided a dog bed, bowls, treats, and toys. Me and my pup felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and happy here :) I’ll be back soon!

Clean, comfortable studio with walkable location to shops and downtown. Beautiful mountain view plus lots of nice amenities included. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. It was spotless, safe, the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook, and the space was beautiful (both on the inside and outside). The location was great, I took walks around the neighborhood and there were nearby cafes, workout studios, parks, and stores to walk to. 10/10 overall, would definitely recommend!

A lovely spot in a fantastic, walkable location with good transit access AND a secure parking garage. Check-in was a bit complicated, but the provided instructions were very clear and communication was great overall.

Great stay! I brought my dog and she loved the yard to play with Winston and Sally. Great apartment unit. 10/10 would recommend the place.

Arjun is the best host and his place is perfect for a quaint ski vacation, whether it’s for just a couple days or longer. I loved the location and easy walking distance to 2 lifts and anything you’d want in the small town (rentals, food, drinks, etc). The place itself was perfect for what I needed and I liked that it was on the first floor; easy to get to without having to take stairs or an elevator. The condo was clean and fully stocked with cooking ingredients, coffee, and any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack. Only thing I’d suggest is to have a small first aid kit with bandaids/neosporin etc. Other than that, his place has everything you’d ever need! At the end of my stay I accidentally left some cash and hair products at his place inside a drawer 🤦🏻‍♀️ Arjun was so understanding and he promptly sent me everything within a day! He went above and beyond to make sure I got my belongings back, and I am so appreciative!! Thank you again, Arjun - you are the best host!

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

This place was very nice, it looked just like the pictures. The bed was really comfortable. The resort had a lot to do, unfortunately we were there in the off-season right before a lot of things opened for summer. I think it would be a really fun/active place in the summer and definitely during ski season. Scott was a great host! There were a couple of SNAFUs that were not in anyway his fault, but he was super responsive and worked quickly to try and resolve them for us. Honestly, one of the best hosts I have ever worked with.

The Canyons Village is lovely. Parking was super duper easy. We loved the heated, outdoor pool and hot tub. The game room was fun too. The condo was very clean and nice. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom which was a bit off putting. And the curtains were not light-darkening which was not conducive to sleeping in later. We loved the robe and nice towels (& towel warmer.) We also loved the dedication to being eco friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are going to ski Solitude or Brighton, stay here. It is a joy just to be in these sunlit rooms. From the windows you can see a ski lift dropping off skiers on a Solitude ski trail. Put your boots on in the room and walk to skiing. Afterword you can take a soak in the hot tubs that are right next door. Bring your groceries from Salt Lake City (no supermarkets up here) and you can prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with the fireplace nearby. If any problems arise, Ben takes care of them quickly with rapid communication. And by the way, check-in is a breeze. You may not think about this, but having your car parked in a heated garage makes winter travel a lot easier too. Loved my stay.

Superhost does not begin to describe how helpful Paul was. He was the single most helpful Airbnb host I have ever had, extremely responsive, proactive, and with great restaurant recommendations upon request. The location is perfect for skiing with ski valet bringing your skis right to the gondola and free lockers for all ski gear so you don’t have to store anything inside the room. Free shuttle service from the hotel to anywhere in Park City is basically a free Uber so we didn’t need to think about getting a rental car. This is true ski in, ski out where you don’t have to walk more than 500ft in boots. Starbucks is available in the building, and amenities (including steam room shower) are amazing. 10/10 would stay here again and can’t wait for the opportunity to come back again.

Love staying at The Retreat. Clean, quiet, convenient, and Barry is a fantastic host - very responsive. Close to everything we plan while in PC. Look forward to staying again.

Chris was a great host! Extremely communicative early on and during our trip. The location of the condo is super convenient and has an incredible view! It was easy to get to the pool, canyons resort plaza and parking garage. The Westgate Lodge is big and easy to get lost in, but the location of this particular condo was super easy to find. The only thing I’ll note is that the condo had a weird smell when we arrived, but we found an air freshener and that did the job. Love this condo and will be back again.
