Townhome holiday rentals in Cottonwood Heights

Had a very good stay and the host was very responsive. Didnt have any issues and enjoyed the nature park that was recommended by host that was very close by. Very beautiful home and very good location.

Kay was a terrific host. She had the house ready on time and responded when we needed any information. We loved being so close to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We only had 2 couples for this 4 bedroom home, so we had plenty of space. It was nice to have the two Master Bedrooms on different floors for privacy and space. The kitchen was fully equipped and had spices and some essential cooking need. if needed. Lights were on when we arrived in case we came after the sun set. The neighbors are close, but all seem to work together as a group to keep the noise down at night.

The home was very clean, and there was plenty of room for two people. Marc included coffee, which was very nice. And the bed was very comfortable. The home was walking distance to everything in downtown Salt Lake City and two blocks from the rail line.

Michael’s place was fantastic! All the details were great. Kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed and were updated. Michael answered all of our questions quickly ahead of time and was proactive in communicating with us. Stayed over Christmas week with 3 family members and 1 dog. I don’t downhill ski but my husband was in heaven getting to the mountains early without needing to wake up at the crack of dawn. Book this place to relax under the porch in the hot tub while it’s snowing - there’s smartly installed hanging roof to keep flakes out of the steam.

Plenty of bedding, sleeping areas, lounge, supplies for a large group. We only had 5 in our family, so we really got to spread out. Condo was easier access to little and big cottonwood canyons which was helpful since we can to ski on a busy weekend

Cameron’s home was absolutely beautiful and had enough space for my family. My son absolutely loved the bunk beds and we loved the view from the back deck. The convenience of the nearby park and basketball court was very nice as well. He was very responsive in his messages and had the pantry stocked with snacks and the fridge stocked with drinks. I will definitely be staying there again.

Such a great place to stay. Felt like home away from home. We had everything we needed and the owners were very nice. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. Washer/Dryer, Kitchen, Fire Place, etc... everything was perfect!!! We be again soon

We had a great stay at this townhouse. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The home is very spacious, with large common rooms and plenty of bedrooms and beds, even for a large group and multiple families. Our visit was in the off-season and the price was a great value for our length of stay. We really enjoyed shopping and coffee within walking distance. We were in town for an event at Mountain America Expo and we were able to easily uber there. Our teens LOVED the ping pong table, hot tub, and nearby hiking.

Really enjoyed the home! Super clean, had everything we needed. Neighborhood was clean, quiet, and great for walks. Will definitely stay again.

Loved this place! It was clean and comfy. The decor was so cute. Seems like lots of airbnbs try to find the cheapest things but not this one. The location was great, right across the street from the front runner which we took into Salt Lake.

Stayed a little over two weeks. Had an amazing time. Hoping to come back next year! As of right now (mid March, 2025), the pictures don't do the home and view justice. The townhome is on the east side of SLC and faces West. You have about 150 to 170 degree view of the mountains across SLC. Amazing stay, especially for the price.

Great stay, close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We stayed for the bouldering World Cup which was only a 2 block walk away. No car needed for our trip! The whole place was very clean, with everything we needed like an hdmi cord for the tv, fully stocked keurig, kitchen fridge with a water spout, bathroom with hair dryers. Would stay again!

I had a truly wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, if not even better in person. Every detail felt thoughtfully put together, creating such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The host was amazing—so responsive, kind, and welcoming from the very start. She made everything easy and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

My family came from Mexico for my graduation and stayed in Emily’s Airbnb. The place was beautiful and very homely; my family absolutely loved staying there. Unfortunately, my family disconnected the cameras by accident while trying to connect my dad’s work laptop, and someone from the area complained about my cousins smoking outside. However, Emily was very professional and very polite about it. I felt very sorry about what happened, but she was so understanding. I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing host and amazing place!

Always responsive and exactly as described. The kitchen even had a mandolin.

It looks like a brand new townhome. All the cutlery were in pristine condition. Fully equipped home. They even had baby high chair. Totally enjoyed our stay here

We had a rest with the whole family and did not feel that we were outside our home. We were happy in this house. Everything is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. A full cupboard of different kinds of food and tea. Do not forget to leave a small souvenir for the sweet home.

House was at a great location! The small room with the bunk beds was in the garage and a bit hard to find but overall positive experience

This was our second stay at Michelle’s place for our annual ski trip. Beautiful place and great location for hitting all of the local ski resorts. Michelle is very responsive and her place is extremely cozy and wonderful to come back to after a long day on the slopes. Definitely plan on staying there again in the future.

I would highly recommend Tony's place! The house itself is spacious, peaceful, and beautiful overall. Tony and Denise frequently went out of their way to make our lives more convenient (completely unprompted) with things like early check-in. Seldom have we had more proactive hosts. They made us feel right at home and we'll certainly be seeking them out with any future stays in SLC!

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The wifi worked well and had everything we needed. The place is on the street but it’s quiet and didn’t bother us.

Thanks for a great stay. It was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. We had a family of four and the home was so big. We didn’t even use the bedrooms downstairs. We ate at home most of the time and the home had everything we needed. Thanks again for a great stay. We hope to be back again.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Sharon’s place. We were comfortably sleeping in beds, cooking in fully equipped kitchen, enjoyed the stunning views from EVERY room as well as the deck, showered in new clean bathrooms, stayed cool on hot days and worm on the cold ones, garage was a great bonus. We had busy days in SLC and all surrounding nature wonderlands but it was nice to come HOME to, whether from a trip to Park City, Antelope Island, Snowbird, Utah Lake, Bonneville Flats, or the awesome Dimple Dell Park just next door. Most essentials were provided and Sharon was always very responsive before and during our stay. Waking up to the sun rising over the mountains Views from the bedroom, eating breakfast and dinner watching the sunset over the flats and Nevada peaks from the living area, and falling asleep to the moon lighting then mountains again was absolutely the best part of the stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Pictures don’t do this justice!! We comfortably housed 3 generations (including 3 teens) with more than adequate space - location was ideal, about half an hour to solitude and about half an hour to Snowbird … very close to the grocery store, etc. Perfect for a ski trip for our family! More than enough space, incredibly comfortable beds…. A massage chair that my kids did not want to get out of!! Host was incredibly responsive and helpful, everyone is asking when we can return 💕
