Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is super affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and drops you off next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps out, as it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very peaceful and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the question we had.

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The garage spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent cars from being parked side by side, avoiding unwanted doors. The underground market is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.
