Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive hostess. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.

Everything was great, easy to check in, João was super attentive and receptive and the apartment was very beautiful and cozy, I highly recommend it, I will definitely return more often.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Evaristo e Marcio always responded promptly to any need or doubt about the house. The house is very beautiful as in the pictures and equipped with important objects for the stay. It has a separate gourmet space which was important. The only observation regarding the pool that was not heated at the time we were there. In the wonderful rest. Good Internet connection (for working from there), flexible check-in, ample space for families and pets.

Tony was an excellent host. He was communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend booking the house.

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

Great cost benefit! Caroline was super helpful with my check-in and checkout, always proactive in responding! I loved the location of the loft, it accommodates no more than two people. Extremely comfortable bed, duvet and bed linen too, especially for the São Paulo winter. Bathroom with shower enclosure, very hot shower but I recommend a larger mirror and a shelf as well (Because we women use shampoo, conditioner, etc... Basic hygiene items). As for the rest of the room, television, coffee maker, sink, everything works normally and still has a small space for clothes. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to return!

Location as advertised, well located, next to the subway and shopping, met all expectations, excellent, I will be back!!!!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

The apartment's location is great, close to the Brooklyn subway. Renatta is super attentive and the apartment met our expectations. I've stayed there before when I go to São Paulo for work. Oh, the hair dryer is great and saves space in the woman's suitcase. I highly recommend it!

The stay was great. The photos match the location, everything is properly cleaned and very organized, clearly with the feeling of being at home. I'll definitely come back more often. Ivan and Michele respond quickly, I caught a few intense cold days in São Paulo, and they promptly texted me asking if I needed anything. I thank you in advance for the partnership.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I will definitely be back.
