I highly recommend. I had a great stay at this listing. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very well located, close to shops. The bed was comfortable and everything went very well from start to finish. The pool is really great as well as the view! The host was welcoming and available for any questions. This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

Beautiful villa, very clean and well appointed. Peaceful setting with great beaches close by and interesting places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, provided great beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave!

We had an awesome stay at this villa. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood but still close to the sea and restaurants. The villa itself had all necessary amenities available and was very clean. I can really recommend this place!

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. Superbly located villa on a track off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. It’s one of three similar villas, each secluded from the others. The villa overlooks Santa Giulia bay and wooded hills - the views are stunning, especially in the late afternoon/early evening light. The villa is as pictured and is comfortable and well equipped - the BBQ in particular is great! The style is simple and rustic, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is naturally cool at night, which we appreciated - there was no need to use the AC to sleep. All in all a superb location for exploring the beaches of southern Corsica and visiting Bonifacio, which is an incredible historic town with a beautiful and lively port.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the house and the area with two families. Christelle and her husband are helpful. The steep driveway to the house is a bit tricky the first time but ultimately easy to do. And the beautiful view is well worth it.

Beautiful location with fantastic views. The infinity pool was great. For a family of 5- the space was perfect. David and his family are highly responsive. They left us some cookies and coffee pods- nice gesture. We will go back to live at David's place! The description of the property could be better. With nearest stores over 4 km away, guests can come better prepared. 1. Toiletries are not provided (handwash, soap, shampoo) 2. Detergents for dishwasher and washing machine are not provided 3. Salt, pepper, oil etc seemed like leftovers from previous guests. Do state if these are provided. The bathrooms could be better with towel racks / napkin ring...

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. We stayed here in October with our multigenerational family, including 2 kids, and it was perfect. Great access to the beach, hikes, and town of Cargèse. Loved our stay at this beautiful home.

The house was beautifully furnished and you immediately felt at home. This is exactly the feeling Franck gave me. He welcomed us very warmly, was very accommodating and always available to us. If we come back to Corsica, we will stay with Franck again. It was wonderful!

We felt very comfortable in the clean, modern furnished house and were able to relax perfectly! The terrace is wonderful with a view of the mountains and not visible, so with absolute privacy. A small pool and deck chairs invite you to refresh and relax, simply wonderful! The occasional noise from the neighboring construction site hardly affected us. The contact with Charlotte was perfect, she was always available and the tips and restaurant suggestions were great. The bedroom on the upper floor offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom is relatively small, but clean and modern with a nice shower. The toilet is on the ground floor and not in the bathroom, but that did not bother us. The only thing we missed was a full-length mirror. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room is available, which works well and was absolutely necessary at temperatures above 30° in early June. The location is great, car necessary!

George’s place was absolutely fantastic! An amazing hidden gem, with outstanding views.. exactly the kind of place we love. Gladys was excellent and kindly met us late due to a delayed arrival of the ferry. We highly recommend George’s place and will definitely return.

An idyllic stay, in a green setting on the pool side and a splendid sea view with glowing sunsets... The villa is spacious, we breathe because it is through at the level of the living space. An address like we love them, to keep!

Laurent and Stéphanie's villa is really in the center of everything there is to see in the south of Corsica while remaining away from the noise and the world. The setting and the view are great, as is the interior and the comfort of the villa which is perfectly suitable for 6 people (even adults)!!! A very warm welcome, Jean Jacques is a caring person towards his guests, everything was impeccable. The villa is very beautiful, very modern, with a lot of taste. Ideal villa, especially with children, the setting is splendid and the safety level of the pool or terrace is top-notch, nothing to complain about. Marie’s home is a true gem, set in beautiful surroundings with incredible views. We were met by Oli from Oli’conciergerie despite our flight being changed by 5 hours later and were shown around the house. We would book again in a heartbeat.
