Apartment holiday rentals in Coti-Chiavari

We had a great stay in the apartment. It includes everything we needed: full kitchen, bedroom, large living room with comfortable couch and TV, toilet and bathroom with shower. The view from the balcony is amazing and it is large enough to sit at the table. The building complex is a little noisy, so we heard the upstairs neighbors in the morning. The location of the apartment was perfect at walking distance from the center (10 minutes, a steep climb up stairs but that's just Corsica ;) ). Eric and his wife were very friendly and took their time to give us tips about what to see and do and they were flexible and on time for the arrival time and departure. Parking was easy but a small car is preferred; spaces are tight. We enjoyed our stay and I heartily recommend this apartment and host!

We loved our holiday here. It was so beautiful and calm. The property was well equipped with much better kitchen than many air bnb’s so we could get comfortable. The walk down to the beach was a hot but beautiful and Cupabia beach must be one of the most beautiful in Europe. We loved it. Thanks for a lovely holiday

The house is located in a charming little village. The view and the garden are a dream. We enjoyed it very much and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is cozy and quiet and the kitchen is super equipped to prepare a dinner, which we each enjoyed in golden evening light with a view over the whole valley. Not far away, there are beautiful river bathing spots and idyllic sea bays. We will be happy to come back.

Caroline is a very attentive and responsive hostess. Her apartment is large, very well located, on the ground floor, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the sea (accessible on foot). It is perfectly clean, well arranged, decorated soberly but tastefully, easy to clean because it is new. It is comfortable and sufficiently equipped. Ideal for staying near Ajaccio. This is at a reasonable cost. It was perfect for us.

What a lovely find. Glorious views over the Gulf of Valinco from the private terrace and the accomodation was spotless. Myriam is lovely, so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Émilie is a host who has made her home a place where you feel at home, well located, very pleasant, functional and a lot of taste in her decor, a little plus it stays cool even in hot weather. the village is close to the sites to visit, the locals are nice, the ice cream shop next door is extra and welcoming. we spent 15 days of real relaxation

Elodie and Sylvain's house is very charming, cozy and functional. It is perched high - 600 m from the first beach. The view of the sea is breathtaking from all the rooms. All amenities are there for a very nice stay. The nearby beaches are beautiful, hikes to do (Capo si Muro), visits such as the village of Coti, the island of Isolella or the Sanguinaires Islands. Beautiful sunsets from La Verghia. Note that walking down to the beach is possible but as it is high up and if you have children, the car is easier. The hosts are proactive, very responsive and friendly. What a lovely stay!

We had a great time at Caroline's apartment. The accommodation is impeccable, very functional, tastefully decorated. The exterior is really great with the beautiful weather, it was our main living place during the day and evening. The terrace, the outdoor shower, the private parking are more than appreciable. Caroline is ultra responsive and full of good advice. To be recommended without hesitation.

We had a great time in this rental! The apartment is new and very well arranged. The hot tub is very nice for relaxing. Steven is very kind, helpful and attentive to his tenants. We strongly recommend!

It was a very nice stay. Everything as shown. There were four of us in the apartment and we were able to spread out over the three rooms. The apartment is very well equipped. A very big plus for that. Victoria was always available and helped us out a lot. Also a big plus for that. We were very accommodating. The neighbors were a bit noisy at the beginning (especially in the room without windows you could hear them). But Victoria took care of it right away and the rest of the stay was very pleasant. The mattresses are soft, which was good for some but not so good for others. But that's a matter of taste. The hot tub was great and still in operation now in October. The location is very good. Shopping and beaches are easily accessible by car. We can recommend the place. Above all, the accessibility, help and responsiveness of Victoria and Virginia are unbeatable. Thank you!!!

Very responsive if needed and good advice. As for the accommodation, it is very well located geographically, it is tastefully decorated and very clean. It is cozy whether inside or outside, you feel very good there. It is well equipped and the bedding is quality. The jacuzzi is also enjoyable after a good day of hiking. But the highlight of this accommodation is above all the view of the bay of Ajaccio that will take your breath away whether it is during the day or in the evening in front of a magnificent sunset. Thank you so much for allowing us to have a perfect week's vacation.

Very warm welcome from Christine who is a thoughtful and very kind host. Accommodation in an impeccable property, tastefully decorated where nothing is missing for a great stay. A very well furnished terrace with, if you wish, a nice Jacuzzi in the evening after a day of walking. Friendly village with butcher, bakery, biscuit shop, grocery store with local products and small post office café, excellent. A great place to spend a relaxing vacation and recharge. And again, bravo to Christine and her husband for the interior and exterior fittings of their homes.

Beyond the exceptional quality of the accommodation, we would like to highlight the kindness and responsiveness of Flory who did everything to make our stay as good as possible, giving good local advice and always being available.
