Waterfront holiday rentals in Côte de Jade

Laëtitia is a friendly and accommodating hostess. The apartment is as advertised. Tastefully decorated, it is very pleasant and functional. A stone's throw from the beach, close to amenities, shops and restaurants. My professional stay was well enhanced thanks to Laëtitia and her accommodation!

Second stay in this apartment so nice at the gates of the beach. So appreciable, in addition to this dream location, to have everything you need for everyday life available. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Nathalie's place. It was a discovery of the region for us, and we can say that we will undoubtedly return and that, as far as possible, we will rent Nathalie's accommodation again.

Valerie's apartment was exactly as described. It's a fabulous place, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. So light and airy with wonderful views from the living space area. We were visiting friends so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Valerie is very responsive and a great helpful host. Im sure we will be back.

Françoise and Paul's accommodation is very well located close to the waterfront, restaurants and bars. It is well arranged and pleasant.

Entrance through the terrace, 1 room kitchen living room and sofa bed then hallway with toilet then bedroom and bathroom access through the bedroom (we were warned before by Catherine about this configuration). Real kitchen for amateurs with space, storage, worktop and not a cramped kitchenette where you can't put anything. Note: Dolce Gusto coffee machine (for pods). Really excellent bedding for the bedroom but also the sofa bed which is rather comfortable for a bed of this type. Very comfortable pillows, not too soft. All the utensils, kitchen accessories, household items, etc., absolutely everything is there. The garage is essential (already in June rare places!) and very accessible through the middle of the building once the badge is collected. Echoing all these qualities, Catherine's responsiveness is not too pressing, and when it comes to hospitality, the little extra class and friendliness that I personally appreciated a lot.

Very well located, equipped and decorated accommodation. The presence of the garden terrace is very pleasant and the proximity of the waterfront is appreciable.

Beautiful accommodation in a sumptuous park, very quiet. Of impeccable property. Very well equipped, nothing is missing 🙂 The hosts are welcoming and very available. The ocean is a stone's throw away, two restaurants nearby, in short we will come back🤗

The accommodation was generally in line with our expectations. It's clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures (the pancakes were excellent). Very good communication with Philippe. It is a very good value for money in this geographical area.

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

The accommodation, upon our arrival, was very clean and corresponded to the photos on the site. The apartment is decorated and tastefully furnished. The location is superb, with a view of the beach and the ocean. The residence is quiet, with access to the beach and the coastal trail. The dialogue and information were clear and transparent with Cécilia. A relaxing and disconnected stay that makes you want to come back and have a pleasant time.

We spent 4 days in Bérénice's accommodation. The apartment is very functional, warm thanks to the decoration and all the little touches left by Bérénice (books, board games, for adults and children, information book, beach equipment...).
