Between the comfort of a townhouse and the calm of a country house, a few steps from the port of Herbaudière and a private path leading directly to the beach via a small staircase. The accommodation offers on the ground floor 1 large living space open to the terrace, kitchen open to the living room. As well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small shower room. The upper floor consists of a master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen, back kitchen, living/sitting room with TV, 2 bedrooms with 2 large beds (160 x 200 and 140 x 190) with office area (fiber-optic Wi-Fi access) and 1 bedroom with 2 small beds, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room. New quality bedding. Linen not provided except as an option at extra cost – see below. No cleaning option.

A vacation of dreams.

Amandine, Caroline and Sébastien present their family home. To keep it after the death of our dad, we decided to share it with you. It is ideally located facing the wild coast with a floor that has just been completely redone, with 2 additional bedrooms, a superb sea view, swimming pool from June to the end of September. Pretty recent blackmoutrine house. All comforts, perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends.
