Carmen was very helpful, patient and attentive with us. Quick responses and friendly. We had a great time and it wouldn’t have been possible with her recommendations and help!

This Airbnb and the views surrounding it were gorgeous!! There has obviously been a lot of care and love put into the property! There are a few restaurants in walking distance but not much else, so a car is recommended if possible.

We had a great week, very cozy and quiet house, very well located very close to the beach of Rodiles, parking next to the house, I recommend it, Mercedes was attentive to any need we could have.

If you’re thinking of booking Ethel’s beautiful home- do not hesitate & book immediately! I have traveled many places & this was by far my best stay- I have never experienced a place quite like this When we arrived, Ethel greeted us with so much love & warmth. She made us feel right at home immediately. She then welcomed us into her beautiful home & showed us around her garden/ yard. The garden is stunning, flowers everywhere & overlooking a gorgeous river with mountain views. I mean you genuinely couldn’t imagine a more gorgeous scenery The home is just as beautiful & immaculate modern appliances, the MOST comfortable bed & everything you could wish for Her home is in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by wildlife. There is no street noise whatsoever. It’s walkable to the main city area with lively restaurants & it’s a close drive to Picos De Europa But the star of the show is Ethel- she is the absolute best. So warm, welcoming, filled with love& makes you feel right at home

We will definitely return, Isaac is very attentive at all times, the house is very nice, with its garden for the children! Spectacular views And perfect for relaxing and unwinding

Traveling as a couple, Ramón, even without having met him, was very kind and willing to help in whatever was necessary. The house is as described, if you don't know the area yet... What are you waiting for? You'll love it, and Ramón's place is the perfect place to stay and get around the area. We will definitely return 😉

Amazing views from the floor to ceiling window when you first step into the chalet. The pool is perfect especially on the hottest of days. Everything was as Alberto described and he couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. Thanks for a lovely week

Exceptional owners. They adapted to our departure and arrival schedule. The house is very cozy. I loved the little terrace for breakfast with views of the marina and the bridge that separates Galicia from Asturias. You sleep very well even though it is located next to the marina in an old and central area. Very close to the restaurant area and for a walk. A great stay.

We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs in many countries over the past ten years. This might be my favorite ever. The pictures give one an idea, but the views are even more impressive in person. The owners are clearly people of discerning taste, as they have made great choices throughout with furnishings and even the windows, which open entirely to create a terrace of the dining room. The beds and showers are top notch. There’s a nice bialetti style moka pot for coffee and the kitchen is well equipped. Manuel was an excellent communicator. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. The beach and town are enchanting and nearby towns make for excellent day trips. We hope to return to this very special place.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

To summarize as soon as you enter the apartment, I advise you to look in detail at the objects placed in every nook and cranny with a lot of finesse . The apartment is very nice and a phenomenal view. We also enjoyed the pool very much, although it was still a bit cool. The apartment is well furnished and we felt very comfortable. Juanjo also lives on the property, speaks good English, is very nice and helps quickly! We felt very comfortable and would also like to come back one day.

Everything was great. It's as described in the listing. It appears on Google Maps as Les Cases de Arriba, you can't miss it. Belén and her son were very kind and resolved our doubts quickly. The cottage has everything you need, even for cooking. Noa gave us a huge cake (it will last us more than a week). Thank you for everything.

A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. The location was perfect for surfing, hiking and relaxing with a small supermarket nearby. The many good restaurants are also just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there!

The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any food in the house but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to the details of Nieves! Communication was great. And the best thing about the house that terrace with a view to the river!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc very well located. Highly recommended house!!
