TRASGU is part of ECOviella Apartments and is perfect for couples who want to spend a stay in a romantic setting, with a Jacuzzi available inside the room. It is a loft apartment with a kitchen-living room and bedroom all together, with only the bathroom being separate. The living-dining room is connected to a private porch with excellent views and maximum privacy with barbecue use available. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, full kitchen utensils, LED TV with Netflix movies and series, and free Wi-Fi. In the common areas there is a washer-dryer, games for children, a farm with free egg collection (in seasons with good weather), and 1 free parking space inside the premises. We have a type2 (7.4kw) paid electric vehicle charger, with prior request to the accommodation. We have a 24-hour forced ventilation system with a heat recovery unit, which guarantees the continuous renewal of fresh air in the apartments, as well as a high ecological standard with heating and hot water by pellet boiler supported by 7kw of photovoltaic panels. Apartamentos ECOviella reserves the right to modify and adjust heating operating times and temperatures, according to our ecological criteria and the recommendations of the Institute for Diversification and Energy Saving (IDAE) One pet of up to 25kg is allowed per apartment upon request and in compliance with our pet accommodation policies: • Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 will be paid, which will be returned upon key handover. • You will need to bring a bed for the pet, in addition to any other supplies you may need. • Animals may not be left alone in the apartments at any time. If necessary, there is an animal care business near the apartments. • Pets may not be loose in the common areas of the property due to the inconvenience they may cause to other guests. • It is mandatory to pick up the animal's waste if it occurs both in our facilities, including green areas, and outside them.

Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 or 4 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system. Lucia and her husband were charming, very helpful at all times and willing to do anything. We had a problem with the garage door and they solved it without a problem. They also had a nice touch and left us a box of cider. The house was much better than in the photos, the surroundings are quiet and the house has everything you need. We were a group of friends and we loved the stay. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything, Lucia.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ * Perfect stay in a dream setting * The cottage is simply beautiful: cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Rubén was very attentive from the beginning to guide us on arrival with clear instructions and flexibility of entry. It also had a nice welcome touch to the place. The accommodation is faithful to the photos and description. The place is beautiful, well connected to essential beaches within the Quebrada Coast. Highly recommended, we'll repeat for sure.

The “Rincón de Denver”

The stay in Rincon de Denver has been great. The house has a spectacular view of the Ria. Everything was very clean and tidy. Newly renovated. There are 4 televisions in the house, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need. I see that there is no oven. The surroundings are very nice and there are many things to do: Altamira caves 15 minutes away, Santander 30 min. Important: The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk (downhill) down a steep slope, not suitable for carts. That beach has low tide much of the day, then we couldn't bathe. La Concha beach is not walking distance, but very close by car. There's parking at 3 euros per day, which works great. The site is great and worth visiting.

We loved the house. It is in the middle of nature, ideal for routes, ferratas... Very clean, comfortable beds and with a fireplace perfect for cool nights. Access is easy and is parked without a problem. And the host Maria Cruz, a charm: always available and super friendly.

Our stay there was great. Gerardo was very attentive and kind, he did not put any problems in that we were with our dogs. He recommended places and gave us flexibility with check in and check out time. The house is very spacious, comfortable and with everything you need. We had a great time and we loved being able to spend a few days there. Very good experience!
