The house is small but with everything you need. The garden is very spacious and the barbecue is great for dogs. The location is very quiet and independent and close to Playa el huevo frito, you can walk in 3 minutes and also a specific canine beach at the end of Marzan beach. Lots of walking areas and great sea views.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely repeat at his house.

The cottage is beautiful and full of carefully chosen details. From the colors to the fresh jasmine or the details on the towels. Everything is clean and well cared for, with everything you need to spend a few days. The place is quiet. Breakfast and dinner while listening to the birds is a wonder. Whoever stays has to take care of the house because it is evident that a lot of love has been put into it. Thank you for the welcome touch!

Both Marta and Javier were very attentive to making our stay perfect. The apartment is ideal with all the luxury of details, home automation, very well decorated to create a very cozy atmosphere, very comfortable room and with everything you may need to spend a stay as if you were at home. They had a great welcome gift with a personalized message and were flexible with our arrival time, letting us in even earlier. Unbeatable location in the very center. We traveled with a baby and pet and we had a great time. We will definitely repeat. Thank you Marta and Javier :)

A really nice sized apartment for our family of 4, with great views of the incredible town of Ribadesella. We loved our stay and would choose Cristina’s place again if we visit in the future.

Communication with Antolina was very simple. He always responded quickly to messages and questions. We were able to enter before the time because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the center of the village and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

We had a fantastic week in Jose’s apartment in Luanco. Jose was such an amazing host. He was so helpful before and during our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He brought us to the apartment, gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations and local tips. This was invaluable. Knowing that Jose was only a phone call away gave us great peace of mind. The apartment is like being on a ship. You are overlooking the sea and the beautiful harbour area. We spent hours on the balcony eating and sunbathing. It was beautifully decorated with quality fittings- and was immaculately clean. The apartment is so private and luxurious. The smart TV was perfect to log into YouTube and to cast. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked full dinners here on several nights. Location was perfect- in a quiet area - minutes walk away from shops, bars and restaurants. Parking was easy in the nearby streets. The beach is in front of the apartment too. Luanco is such a lovely town. Highly recommended.

I will definitely return to Suances and if America has their apartment available there I will be. The beautiful apartment, good views, well located (close to the promenade), all the comforts to feel at home, if I even leave us bread, muffins, coffee... all thinking so you can have breakfast the next day (and one day more). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, I explain everything about the apartment and surroundings and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took a wonderful memory and eager to repeat.

Great place to stay. Sergio was a brilliant and responsive host. Beach was so close by with others close driving distance. Pool was amazing and our 1 year old enjoyed the baby pool. No shops in walking distance was the only downside.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

The apartment is perfect if you want to spend a few days in Luanco, and the parking, a tipzo! We went because it seemed like a good location to visit Gijón, Avilés and Cabo de Peñas, everything is next door. We were surprised by the village, it has a magnificent gastronomy and a lot of charm. Roberto and Martynha have made things very easy for us and the apartment is very practical, it has everything. If we are in the area, we will repeat!

Everything was more than clean and tidy, completely pristine. It's the best apartment I've ever stayed. Avelino has always been attentive to everything, he responds almost instantly. It is an apartment equipped with everything you need, not a single detail is missing. It's totally worth staying in the apartment. It is impossible to be more satisfied with the choice of this apartment. A 10 in all aspects.

Excellent place to stay! It has everything that you may need, impecable and beautiful 😻. Location is perfect, supermarket and parking garage right next to it. 2 minutes walk to the beach. I will come back if I have the chance.

Gemma was attentive at all times, both in the days before our arrival, recommending restaurants and parking lots and making sure that our baby was comfortable, and during the weekend asking us if everything was okay. The accommodation is in a perfect place with everything nearby, restaurants, beach, port...

The house is great, it has everything you need and the location is unbeatable, especially if you want to surf. Isaac, the owner, was always very attentive and was very kind, he gave us good recommendations on schedules and tides to make better use of the surf sessions. It has been a very good experience with my friends, if I come back in the area I will repeat.

Irma's little house is located in a corner of paradise, between steep cliffs, hidden beaches, and waves that leave you breathless. You can easily visit the area and reach the nearby villages and walks along the coast in a few minutes. The house is very large and comfortable. There were two of us, but it's also perfect for families! It has everything, we appreciated the presence of the washing machine that allowed us to leave with the clean clothes for our trip to Asturias! Also great parking inside the gate and the descent to the marina! Irma was very kind and very nice! Thanks for everything!

The best way to define the place is that we felt right at home. We find the apartment very clean, everything is very new, it has been a pleasure to be there to visit Asturias, and Gijón in particular.
