Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Costa Verde

My kid and I had a very nice stay at Javi's place during the San Isidro Bridge. The house was very clean and clean, with everything you need. Javi very attentive, he had no inconvenience in coming to solve a small problem with the heating in a quick and effective way. The area is perfect to move around Pola de Siero without needing to take the car, and on the same street of the house and streets around you can park without paying (depending on the time, it may cost a little to find parking). The location is also perfect to move around, playa, mountain, Gijón and Oviedo... everything is very close. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

My stay in Alejandro's apartment was great, it had everything to make you feel at home, quiet area, supermarket nearby, bus stops, everything was very good and Alejandro was very kind.

It's all been fantastic. The apartment is completely renovated with a lot of style and all amenities. It is very quiet and the location is unbeatable. The personal attention is also great, very attentive and resolute. We will definitely be back

Margaritas place was great! We travelled with our 3 year old and she was super happy to see that there was an entire room with toys she could play with. The place was very comfortable and the location was incredible, right on the beach and had a kids’ park right across the street. The washer and dryer made it very convenient for us traveling with a little one.

What a delightful place to stay! The view is wonderful. The #4 bus which is right outside the door will take you any where you want to go downtown and to the beaches. Very roomy and comfortable. The hosts Marce and Valery will help you with anything you need. I look forward to returning!

Unbeatable location, beachfront, the place perfectly responds to the description and photos of the listing. During the three weeks we were staying we did not have any problems, but Angeles was attentive at all times for anything we might need, we will definitely try to repeat.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Semana Santa Stay. Highly recommended place to stay Fully equipped. Hyperlimpio. We already liked the photos, but it's even better on site. Very quiet area and a little promenade from downtown (15 min.) with great ease to park the car, both within the urbanization and on the street. Supermercado and restaurants nearby. To the hostess Natalia, we can only thank you for everything. Attentive to everything, thoughtful and very kind We gave us a lot of useful info, both before and on arrival. Host and a top accommodation.

Magnificent apartment, just like the photos and description. Very clean and with all the necessary kitchenware and bedding, nothing was missing, as if we were at home. Very good spa, swimming pools and recreation area, with few people in mid-June. Covered parking garage.

We have had a very nice time. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature and the river of the shield, accompanying its sound. By car in 15 minutes you were on Gerra beach. Even though the weather has not accompanied us through the rain there is always things to do. Marta the host had everything ready. Recommended, without a doubt.

We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good location, the house is very nice and spacious... very spacious areas to be comfortable (living room, porch, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry,...) and a quiet area a few minutes from the center of León (taxis 10-12€). Recommended

A very pleasant house on the edge of a lovely town. The accommodation was good for the four of us and despite chilly weather is was warm indoors (radiators plus wood burner). As described, the location is on a steep hill but we managed to unload and load the car quite easily, parking just up at the top with a walk back down to the house. it is also a downhill/uphill walk to the village centre. Cudillero is a super spot and the steep hills are part of the character. Beatrix is a great host, brilliant communication in English and really helpful and attentive to our (few) needs. Plenty of advice about restaurants and places to go as well. We had a great few days and as long as one is ok with the hills we would definitely recommend a stay here.

It's been a wonderful day. We stayed 2 families, with 4 children. The house is great, with everything you need and more!...very well equipped and with many amenities!!! The rooms are great. The porch part is great and a shame not to have been able to use the bbc for the bad weather, the addition of the entrance great for the children!! thanks for the football....Cris very kind and attentive at all times!! Answer any questions or issues, I repeat it again, it was WONDERFUL!!!! Eskerrik asko!!
