Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Costa Verde

The house is wonderful, quite newly renovated and well equipped and absolutely matches the pictures and description. But what excited us most was the fantastic location, with wonderful views of the sea from the bedroom and the two terraces. The town of Santa Maria Del Mare doesn't offer much, but we knew that and went to the beaches and to eat with the bikes or the car. Anna provided us with wonderful information - thank you:-)

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay in Baunei thanks to this awesome apartment. Everything is exactly as in the pictures except for the view which is even more great in reality. It’s hard to navigate a car directly to the house, the streets are very narrow, so it’s definitely recommended to park at the main street and walk there. Beds are very comfortable and it’s super calm. We enjoyed it there very much!

We had the most amazing stay at Piera's home. She had a delicious tray of local Sardinian bakery items, fruit bowl, wine for our arrival. The view of the Mediterranean sea and coast is breathtaking. Piera has many beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Her home is very special, lots of space with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, towels, bathrobes, washer, A/C, wifi, dishwasher, and kitchen. Walking through the garden to the beach is also special. We explored the area, hot springs in the Tirso River at Fordongianus, outstanding trip to the waterfalls at Cascata di Sos Molinos, ancient archeological site at the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, hike to S'Archittu, dinner at PachaMomma, kayaking, listening to the bells on the sheep while they graze on a mountainside near Santu Lussurgiu, exploring the villages. Piera, Mario and family are wonderful people who ensured we had everything and more for our stay. Thank you so very much for hosting us and making us feel like family, Piera!

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

We took Ivan's accommodation to go to a concert in the Serbariu mine and it was really a stone's throw away, with a bike path lit at night. Ivan was immediately available and kind to give us all the necessary information, the house is very nice, very clean and tidy.

We are thankful to Franco and his mother Pietra for our stay at their house. Franco is very responsive and helpful, easy to communicate with and friendly. Lady Pietra is a caring and very nice person, we were glad to meet her and talk to her. She met us at the house and explained everything really well. The apartment is a part of a family house with a separate entrance. There is a lot of space, big enough for a big family. It feels cozy as at home. There are big windows that give much light, and the balcony with a garden view is a great place for morning coffee. All the amenities were in place, and we had everything we needed for a great time. While the house is located at a quiet side street, there are shops and restaurants in a walking distance. You can even walk down to the beach by feet though it's easier by car. I would definitely recommend staying in this tranquil and beautiful place.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Unbeatable stay in Sardinia! Our 3-day stay at Pierpaolo's house in southern Sardinia was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is incredibly complete, equipped with absolutely everything you could need and more. They really thought of every detail, which made our stay very comfortable and carefree. The location is fantastic: quiet, but at the same time ideally located to explore both the wonderful beaches of the south of the island and the vibrant city of Cagliari. We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds without having to travel far. But, without a doubt, what we highlight the most is Pierpaolo's hospitality and attention. He is by far the best host we have had in our already extensive experience on Airbnb. Their kindness and willingness made our visit even more special. We recommend this house 100% and we sincerely hope to return very soon.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola's cabin. It's quite rustic, even a little spartan, but it had everything we needed and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. Contrary to what some people were saying, we didn't find the last stretch of road a problem. It's easily navigable by any regular car, and the remote nature of the place is precisely what makes it great.

Location,splendid. And a very nice house in the heart of nature. irrelevant advice for the purpose of judgment ,you should put a sign ,indicating the entrance from the main road,to make the road more visible. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon.

A wonderful vacation in a cottage on a hill in the middle of nature overlooking the valley and the sea, with breathtaking sunrises and starry night sky - it couldn't be more beautiful! By car, everything like the beach, supermarket, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Check-in was also super easy, the place had everything we needed and Andrea responded quickly to every message and gave us tips. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time!

Luciano and his family were always very kind and helpful, the house is in a great location close to the beautiful beaches in the area. Great for families.

We had 9 wonderful nights at Andrea's place. Every morning (early October) a beautiful sunrise from the terrace! On Tertenia you have 15 minutes by car, but in 5 minutes you have 2-3 delicious restaurants, 2 supermarkets and 2-3 beautiful beaches. In the kitchen we found everything for easier meals and the bed was very comfortable :) Another highlight is the outdoor shower, which also has hot water, so you can shower under the stars in the evening. I'd go back in a minute, it really is a little paradise!
