Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Costa Verde

Das Haus ist wunderbar, recht neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet und entspricht absolut den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Was uns aber vor allem begeistert hat, war die fantastische Lage, mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer vom Schlafzimmer und den beiden Terrassen aus. Der Ort Santa Maria Del Mare gibt nicht viel her, aber das wussten wir und sind an die Strände und zum Essen mit den Bikes oder dem Auto gefahren. We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wir würden wieder hinfahren. Zu zweit hatte das Cottage eine wunderbare Größe, ein weiteres Bett müsste im Wohnraum/Küche ausgezogen werden. Ende April war das Wetter schon sehr gut und wir hatten Glück dass auch der Pool bereits geöffnet hatte. Es waren wenig andere Urlauber in den umliegenden Häusern und deshalb war es schön ruhig. Da die Häuser recht nah aneinander liegen und der Pool nah ist denke ich, dass es in der Hauptsaison schon etwas lebhafter und lauter wird. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Berg, man kann gut zum Strand laufen, aber es ist schon sehr steil. Einen vollen Kinderwagen würde ich nicht hochschieben. Fiamma war immer erreichbar, hat uns einen tollen Ausflugtipp gegeben und hat sofort reagiert, als wir plötzlich kein Wasser mehr hatten. Danke nochmal ☺️

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alessandro war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Gegend zu erkunden, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

We had a great stay in Baunei thanks to this awesome apartment. Everything is exactly as in the pictures except for the view which is even more great in reality. It’s hard to navigate a car directly to the house, the streets are very narrow, so it’s definitely recommended to park at the main street and walk there. Beds are very comfortable and it’s super calm. We enjoyed it there very much!

We had the most amazing stay at Piera's home. She had a delicious tray of local Sardinian bakery items, fruit bowl, wine for our arrival. The view of the Mediterranean sea and coast is breathtaking. Piera has many beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Her home is very special, lots of space with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, towels, bathrobes, washer, A/C, wifi, dishwasher, and kitchen. Walking through the garden to the beach is also special. We explored the area, hot springs in the Tirso River at Fordongianus, outstanding trip to the waterfalls at Cascata di Sos Molinos, ancient archeological site at the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, hike to S'Archittu, dinner at PachaMomma, kayaking, listening to the bells on the sheep while they graze on a mountainside near Santu Lussurgiu, exploring the villages. Piera, Mario and family are wonderful people who ensured we had everything and more for our stay. Thank you so very much for hosting us and making us feel like family, Piera!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft – genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und das Meer nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, mit superschneller Kommunikation – absolut empfehlenswert!

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Orietta!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Marcantonio, der sehr freundlich ist. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir hatten alles, was man benötigt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight und die Aussicht auf die Berge von dort aus wunderschön. Es war ruhig und weg von allem Trubel, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir bekamen leckeren Wein und viele nützliche Tipps. Mit dem Auto konnten wir diverse Traumstrände und Ausflugsziele in Kürze erreichen. Unser nächster Sardinen Urlaub wird wieder hier verbracht.

abbiamo preso l' alloggio di Ivan per andare ad un concerto nella miniera di Serbariu ed era davvero a due passi , con pista ciclabile illuminata di notte .Ivan è stato subito disponibile e gentile a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie , la casa è molto carina, molto pulita e ordinata .

We are thankful to Franco and his mother Pietra for our stay at their house. Franco is very responsive and helpful, easy to communicate with and friendly. Lady Pietra is a caring and very nice person, we were glad to meet her and talk to her. She met us at the house and explained everything really well. The apartment is a part of a family house with a separate entrance. There is a lot of space, big enough for a big family. It feels cozy as at home. There are big windows that give much light, and the balcony with a garden view is a great place for morning coffee. All the amenities were in place, and we had everything we needed for a great time. While the house is located at a quiet side street, there are shops and restaurants in a walking distance. You can even walk down to the beach by feet though it's easier by car. I would definitely recommend staying in this tranquil and beautiful place.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit total genossen. Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine herrliche Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Billiardtisch- wir hatten viel Freude damit. Daniela und ihre Familie waren unglaublich gastfreundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen immer erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Cosimo is a fantastic host. He is kind, warm, sincere and helpful. We came away feeling like we were cousins we hadn’t seen in a little bit— La famiglia! We would absolutely recommend this for families… so many animals on property and domus di janus— the kids spent a lot of time outside playing with the animals— a quintessential agritourismo. Siamo andati via sentendoci come cugini che non vedevamo da un po': La famiglia! Lo consiglieremmo assolutamente alle famiglie... così tanti animali nella proprietà e domus di janus: i bambini hanno trascorso molto tempo fuori a giocare con gli animali: un agriturismo per eccellenza. ¡Estancia Inmejorable en Cerdeña! Nuestra estancia de 3 días en la casa de Pierpaolo, en el sur de Cerdeña, ha sido sencillamente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. La vivienda es increíblemente completa, equipada con absolutamente todo lo que puedas necesitar y más. Realmente pensaron en cada detalle, lo cual hizo nuestra estancia muy cómoda y sin preocupaciones. La ubicación es fantástica: tranquila, pero a la vez idealmente situada para explorar tanto las maravillosas playas del sur de la isla como la vibrante ciudad de Cagliari. Pudimos disfrutar de lo mejor de ambos mundos sin grandes desplazamientos. Pero, sin duda, lo que más destacamos es la hospitalidad y atención de Pierpaolo. Es, con creces, el mejor anfitrión que hemos tenido en nuestra ya extensa experiencia en Airbnb. Su amabilidad y disposición hicieron que nuestra visita fuera aún más especial. Recomendamos esta casa al 100% y esperamos de corazón poder volver muy pronto.

Di passaggio da Putzu Idu ci siamo fermati due notti da Giusy. Tutto molto gradevole, a cominciare dal profumo della vegetazione circostante. La casa è simpatica e fresca, il giardino è popolato da piccoli angoli per il relax, tettoie, un barbecue, e perfino un'amaca.

Meine Freundin und ich verbrachten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Nicola. Die geräumige Hütte liegt mitten in der Natur, dennoch ist alles Nötige gut erreichbar. Der alte aber gut funktionierende Holzherd hat uns in dieser teilweise noch kühlen Jahreszeit gute Dienste geleistet und wir kochten sogar darauf. Absolute Stille und klare Sternennächte machten den Aufenthalt sehr entspannend und dank der einsamen Lage besonders romantisch. Das Wasser entstammt einer eigenen Quelle und schmeckt fantastisch. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, teilweise sehr kreativ gestaltet mit witzigen Details. Für eine Hütte jedoch sehr komfortabel inklusive Gasherd, Elektrobackofen, tolle Orangenpresse, Flatscreen, Waschmaschine, breites Bett mit guter Matratze, etc. Die Beleuchtung wirkt teilweise etwas improvisiert, man gewöhnt sich jedoch schnell daran. Sehr gemütliches Wohnambiente, Hüttenatmosphäre. Alles in allem große Empfehlung, jederzeit gerne wieder, DANKE!!!

Location,splendida. E casa molto bella in piena natura. un consiglio irrilevante ai fini del giudizio ,dovresti mettere un cartello ,che indichi l'ingresso dalla strada principale ,per rendere più visibile la strada. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ,grazie per l'ospitalità,a presto.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in einem Häuschen auf einem Hügel mitten in der Natur mit Blick auf das Tal und das Meer, mit atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgängen und nächtlichem Sternenhimmel - schöner geht's nicht! Mit dem Auto alles wie Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Check-in war auch total easy, Unterkunft hatte alles, was wir brauchten und Andrea hat auf jede Nachricht schnell reagiert und uns Tipps gegeben. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Luciano e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre molto gentili e disponibili, la casa è in ottima posizione vicina alle bellissime spiagge della zona. Ottimo per famiglie.

Wir hatten 9 wunderbare Nächte in der Unterkunft von Andrea. Jeden Morgen (anfangs Oktober) einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang von der Terasse! Auf Tertenia hat man 15min mit dem Auto, in 5min hat man aber 2-3 leckere Restaurants, 2 Supermärkte und 2-3 schöne Strände. In der Küche haben wir alles für einfachere Mahlzeiten gefunden und das Bett war sehr bequem :) Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Aussendusche, die auch Warmwasser hat, damit man am Abend unter Sternenhimmel duschen kann. Ich würde sofort wieder dahin, es ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies!
