Villa holiday rentals in Costa Nova

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Casa perfecta para 6 personas, muy espaciosa, un jardín precioso y bien cuidado junto con una piscina super bien ubicada con sol todo el día, cocina práctica y limpia, cuenta con comedor y una salita para ver la tele, todas las habitaciones tenían ventiladores y se dormía agusto. Urb tranquila, se respira paz. Nos ha encantado la estancia allí, la anfitriona muy simpática y se adaptó muy bien a nuestros horarios, además nos prestaron una cuna de viaje para nuestro bebé. Recomiendo sin duda esta casa con tanto encanto.

Een heerlijk rustige omgeving in een villawijk met een goede supermarkt op 500m. Prima ontvangen door Yves, wat een fijne , relaxte man is. Ruim huis en grote mooie tuin en alle rust. Ideaal dat er een vaatwasser en wasmachine aanwezig is. het dakterras heeft een geweldig uitzicht. Als unieke sellingpoint zou je hier zeker meer mee kunnen doen!! Al met al, genoten van huis, tuin, zwembad en omgeving. Wij komen graag terug!

Wat een heerlijke week hebben wij gehad in Villa Leonika in november. Wat een fijn ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt in de rustige en mooie wijk La Sabatera en het is 20-25 minuten lopen naar de haven van Moraira en het strandje Playa l’Ampolla. In dit oude gedeelte van Moraira zijn een paar leuke en gezellige restaurantjes en terrasjes. De grote markt op vrijdag is een aanrader. De host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, wij hebben een perfecte week gehad.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle, l'extérieur est magnifique, paisible et très agréable. Isabelle est une hôte très sympathique et réactive et attentionnée. Nous recommandons vivement ce superbe logement et cette belle région. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Where do I start. The villa is absolutely beautiful, in a great location, just over 5 mins drive from the beach. We were 2 families and there was plenty of space for all of us. Every room has aircon and has been thoughtfully decorated. There was tea, coffee and water ready for our arrival. The villa was spotless and had plenty of towels and clean bed linen. The pool was warm enough for the children to spend hours in but also great to cool down in. Natalie is a super host ⭐️ She recommended Ivan, a chef who made us Paella for our arrival meal which was delicious! She also suggested local shops and restaurants to help us settle in. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Louise is a great host and the property was great. Beautiful garden for our dog Zoe, loads of space and a good view!

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.

This place is unique and we loved it. We were 16 people of all ages and I must emphasise that the kitchen is well equipped so catering was easy. Also we loved the fact that there are 2 dining tables, one in and one out (the outside one has great views over Xabia). Most of the bedrooms are spacious which was welcomed. We all loved the pool area - the pool is well kept. We bought inflatables, and left them there in the hope that another family will enjoy them as much as our kids did! No credit to Gilles for the weather, but we were fortunate - it was perfect!! Many thanks.

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful house, very suited to a large family. Was very peaceful. The pool was amazing a really good size for a family of 11 that we were . Located well for travelling around the local villages. Altea old town and Calpe are particularly beautiful. The only downside was the balcony wall structure it was such so our 18 month old could have got through to a big drop so we used the sun loungers and anything available to barricade this off , it didn’t spoil our holiday at all as we wouldn’t have left him alone by the pool but something to be careful about . The washing machine and dishwasher a real bonus. There’s no bins to get rid of your rubbish nearby . This is no fault of the owners just one of those things. You do need a car to get around the marina is a 20 minute walk away and is lovely but bit too far for the children. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away , if you arrive late bear in mind there’s no food or cleaning products in the house as stated in the description .

We hebben een heerlijke familievakantie gehad in het huis. Het is lekker ruim en heel netjes. Qua locatie heb je een mooi uitzicht op Calpe en is de villa rustig gelegen wat erg fijn is. Het contact was altijd vriendelijk en snel en er werd heel fijn meegedacht over de flexibele inchecktijd in verband met onze vroege vluchttijd. Een echte aanrader!

The group had the most amazing time at this villa in Denia. The house was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed and more. The photos honestly don’t do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person. The outdoor space was absolutely stunning with plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The host was really informative and helpful which made everything so easy. Denia itself is a beautiful place with so much to explore. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Great place, you simply can’t beat the views. Lots of privacy. Alex was always quick to respond and he was super flexible for checkin in/out. 100% recommended.

We have just had a wonderful family week at Andres Vilal in Calpe. The villa was easy to find and the location was fantastic with amazing views in a lovely peaceful area, with little to no noise. Just an 8 min drive down into Calpe for supermarkets and great restaurants. The villa was really homely and clean and suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults. The seperate self contained flat at the bottom was perfect for my wife and I while our Son, Daughter and Her boyfriend occupied the main villa. The outside eating areas and BBQ were great and made for relaxing evenings. Although be warned the mosquitoes were vicious and we all got bitten. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing with stunning views over the surrounding hills. The Villa was ideally placed for days out including Altea old town, Fonts Del Algar and Valencia, all of which i would reccomend. The only observation I would make is the villa needed some TLC, but fine for us. Andres was really helpful and responsive.

La casa de Danijela nos ha parecido espectacular, tiene muchos espacios para disfrutar: la zona de piscina que tiene una cocina exterior muy cómoda, la terraza con cama de día y mesas y una vista inigualable, habitaciones muy cómodas e independientes y todas las funcionalidades para tener una estancia única. Todo funciona a la perfección: el wifi, los aires acondicionados, la cocina. La casa está perfectamente equipada hasta con hinchables en la piscina y decorada muy bonita y armoniosa. Mesas y sillas para estar cómodos en cualquier espacio y todos los detalles muy bien cuidados. Totalmente recomendable! Además, la casa está en una zona hermosa. Estancia inolvidable.

Una villa muy bonita donde pasamos unos días muy buenos. Un anfitrión pendiente y muy amable, la villa contaba con todas los servicios que podíamos necesitar, igual que en las fotos y nuestra experiencia fue genial. Recomiendo esta villa 100%.

First time in Javea, having been to many other areas in Spain, and it did not disappoint! The villa was wonderful, everything in order, Thea was an amazing host, the pool and common areas were exactly as you would expect. The bedroom, the comfortable beds, the bathrooms were all of a hog standard. Air conditioning was in full function and necessary, it was simply a joy to be there. Javea is a great holiday spot, down to earth but modern. Crowded but not stifling, great supermarkets and restaurants, beaches were great………a faultless holiday! Stayed 3 weeks in total, could have stayed 3 months!!!

Absolutely beautiful villa, surpassed our expectations and even nicer than the pictures. Lots of lovely finishing touches which made it feel special. Bottle of wine and water I. The fridge and a little arrival pack which was nice. Outside kitchen was fab, the whole outside area was just lovely. Thank you for having us xx

Els villa is brilliant and perfect for a large family. In my case it comfortably slept 6 adults and five children aged between 2 and 12 years. The villa has everything you might need for a holiday break. The garden and pool area is large with several seating areas with shade. It’s located in an urbanised district so no bars or restaurants nearby but it’s only a very short drive to the beach where there are plenty. Overall the villa great and we had a fabulous week break there. My only criticism would be that the air conditioning is charged separately to the cost of the villa rental and is fixed at a set kw per hour rate. We only turned on the bedrooms during the night to aid sleep but they were off during the day. We then put the aircon on in the main living area for about 6 hours each afternoon/evening. At the end of the week the bill was 154 euros which I feel was a bit excessive for just one week. I’m sure that can’t be the true cost of running air conditioning for part of the day.

The villa was gorgeous, really clean and perfect for our stay. The views were spectacular and the interior of the villa is perfect, the host was really helpful and would respond almost immediately with any queries. Everything was in working order and we really enjoyed our stay! 5* from us! Thank you. The only downside is that the bins miles away down the road and as we didn’t have transport we were unable to take the rubbish to the bins! On one night we went to Deniá, we had to wait 3 hours for a taxi at which point it was very dark and late at night just for a 25 min journey. You have to call for a taxi as there is no apps or uber which was a little annoying! However the villa is located in Javea and the taxis seemed must easier to get if in the town!

This place is stunning, just like you would see in the movies. Breathtaking sunrises, great restaurants, beaches and shopping. Private pool, balconies and games room with pool table, ping pong table and poker table. Unbelievable! Juan started a group chat early on with multiple contacts and was proactive with communication leading up to checkin and then checked to see everything was satisfactory multiple times after checkin. Responses to my questions came right away. Couldn't have been happier! Thank you Juan and gang!
