Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants are very close by. A few minutes from Puerto de Jávea and the old town. It has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with 3 bathrooms Upstairs, there is a living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, and a covered outdoor terrace. The complex where the house is located has a large swimming pool with a garden.

Quiet and sunny villa

Very private house in a quiet area at the foot of Montgó with a 13.5x4.5 meter pool and Jacuzzi. Sunny all day with a south-facing orientation. A 2-minute walk to a private clinic, supermarket, cafeteria and restaurants. A 3-minute drive to the Golf Course. It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The living room and two of the bedrooms have access to the porch overlooking the pool and landscape. The whole house has air conditioning and heating.
