A lovely, homely, well designed space with two small double rooms (plenty of storage) and bathroom with access downstairs to a pretty interior patio. This house has 'soul'. Host is delightful and very helpful. Very easy parking with a large parking lot 2 minutes from house. We will certainly be back. Best to rent both rooms if you don't want to share with strangers.

Totalmente recomendable, un alojamiento que ofrece todo lo necesario, sin ser un apartamento te permite poder hacer varias comidas al tener microondas y nevera, todo ello en un balcón con vistas a la plaza y el río. Mencionar también que estaba muy limpio y que se encuentra en el mismo centro por lo que todo se puede hacer a pie. Todo el centro es de pago pero hay zonas cercanas disponibles para aparcar gratis. Agradecer a Pedro la amabilidad y la predisposición para ayudarnos y contestar todas nuestras preguntas, fue de gran ayuda, también pudimos acceder un poco antes al alojamiento, cosa que nos vino muy bien. Por poner alguna pega sería la cama ya que hacía ruido y era algo incómodo al movernos, pero sin duda volvería a alojarme allí.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en la estancia, fueron flexibles con la llegada al apartamento ya que necesitabamos hacer el check in un poco antes y nos facilitaron todo. Nos atendió el hijo de María, un chico muy simpático y atento, contestaba super rápido a cualquier duda que tuviéramos. Todo genial, limpio y bien equipado.

Such a warming welcome from the host and his boys. The house, situated in a lovely gated community, covered all our needs. Upon arrival it was clean, spacious and exactly like the pictures. It had all the amenities for us to feel like home. The grounds surrounding had three pools which were cleaned daily, play area, beds for sunbathing and relaxing. The house was in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and other necessities. Our kids enjoyed the lego, cars and other toys that were left to play with. The hills surrounding the house are used for hiking, running, walking and mountain biking. The host left us with an informative booklet that was handy if we were wondering anything. The only downside to our trip was we had difficulties getting a fire on the grill as it was too windy. Other than that, just fantastic! Please, If looking for a host and house in the area, don't hesitate as this was our first experience booking through airbnb and could not recommend our host enough. 10/10

Hemos estado muy cómodos, ubicación buena y fácil de llegar. Había todo lo necesario en la habitación y muy limpia.

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. We zijn verwelkomd door Nuno bij aankomst. Hij heeft àlles uitgelegd en ons verwelkomd met een fles wijn en smeersels. Elke ochtend was er een traktatie , vers fruit en een lekkernij . Lekker buiten ontbijten en genieten van het weer. Het was heel warm voor de tijd van het jaar , het zwembad was dan ook erg fijn om even in af te koelen. Contact was verder via de app verlopen . Ik kan deze accomodatie zeer aanbevelen.

Als gezin met twee kinderen was dit de eerste keer dat we bij een B&B verbleven. Als deze B&B de standaard zou zijn voor alle B&B's, dan zouden we nooit meer een hotel of huisje boeken. Wat een verrijking. Een prachtige, rustige locatie met een beperkt aantal appartementen, een heerlijk zwembad en culinaire verrassingen zorgen voor een uitstekend verblijf. Gastheer Timo pakt zijn rol als geen ander. Vanaf de eerste communicatie tot en met het vertrek zorgt hij met flair en een gezonde dosis optimisme elke dag weer voor een stralende dag. We raden dan ook met alle plezier deze B&B aan!

Les hôtes étaient géniaux : • Très sympathiques ! • Super proactifs et disponibles • Ils nous ont donné une multitude de recommandations d’activités et de restaurants à proximité. Le logement était incroyable, très bien décoré, avec une localisation idéale pour découvrir une partie de l’Andalousie ! PS : on a adoré la vue de la piscine sur le magnifique village d’Arcos de la Frontera 🤩 On recommande vivement !

un super séjour au Portugal ,Karine et cocochou sont très accueillants et sympathiques avec en prime toujours le sourire. le cadre est paisible et magnifique. nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d un prochain séjour. je recommande vivement !!! Merci pour tout.

Todo perfecto, tal cual en las fotos, tuvimos el gusto de conocer al marido de Yolanda y súper bien! nos arregló la tele, nos recomendó, se preocupó todo super bien. Por informar, no hay lavadora pero hay una lavandería a 10 minutos super económica. Pero genial todo de verdad. Pillamos la feria de Ayamonte y fue un gran descubrimiento, super cerca de Portugal, barrio tranquilo y con aparcamiento ! los perros disfrutaron más que los humanos. La recomendamos sin duda!

Very nice accommodation and just as described in the listing. Very responsive hosts too. However, we are in our 70's and we would like to highlight a couple of issues that could affect other older people or those not very fit and agile. To get to the outer door it is necessary to pull the suitcases along 40-50 metres of rough cobble stones ( beware in the dark, it can be a dog's toilet). The stairs from the outer door to the apartment are steep,narrow and twisting. The stairs up to the solarium are very steep and narrow too. This is not a criticism of the apartment (which is lovely) but we think it could be useful information for some prospective guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Teresa’s home, she is a great host, very responsive and extremely helpful. It’s good to be aware you’re staying in someone’s home so they may access the property if they need to but communication was good and there were no issues. We met Fran (Teresa’s husband) who was lovely. The outdoor area was great with the seating area and sunbeds, the pool is a welcome addition especially when it’s hot but could have been cleaner, there is a net to use to clear bugs and leaves when necessary. Overall we had a brilliant time, felt welcomed and would definitely recommend staying here; as a family of three we would 100% return to Teresa’s home. Marbesa is lovely with great restaurants (Club 200, Simbads and Triana) and walking distance to the beach.

If you’re looking for an updated, upscale place, this one’s not for you. If you want to stay in an authentic and charming Spanish home and neighborhood, the description and pictures are accurate though it’s a little more careworn in person. The kitchen has been updated as well as one of the bathrooms. The other bathrooms are still perfectly acceptable though one only has a shower head in a bathtub (common enough in Europe). The beds are very firm and every guests gets 1 pillow and 1 towel. We were in easy (20ish min or less) walking distance to the Cathedral, Plaza de España, and many restaurants. It was a little further walk to the bullring, Triana, and Las Setas but still manageable for our family. We had a rental car and had to park in a public garage about 3 blocks away. I think it was $25/day.

Top location. Spacious interior and exterior. Nice garden. Only minus is older equipment. Finally we were satisfied.

We stayed at this beautiful countryside casita for 3 nights while we were house hunting in the area. Joanne was extremely helpful and the place was immaculate. Very comfy bed, clean and modern kitchen and bathroom and a nice outside area. The views are fantastic. We loved seeing the chickens and donkeys and a lovely friendly dog coming to say hello. We’ll definitely come coming back. Thank you Joanne. 👍😊

Un très chouette petit appartement dans une petite ville pleine de caractère. Merci aux hôtes qui nous ont bien accueillis et nous ont donné des conseils.

Sachez que Maria accueil quasiment tous les jours des groupes d'enfants dans sa ferme pédagogique, donc si vous souhaitez rester sur place et profitez de la piscine tranquillement c'est mission impossible . L'accueil était très chaleureux , Maria nous à très bien conseillé et nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Le cadre est magnifique et le logement répondait tout à fait à nos attentes .

The studio is set in a beautiful, tranquil rural location, with only a 15 minute drive into the historic centre of Tavira, and just over 30 minutes from Faro and the airport. The studio is comfortable, clean and very well equiped, with some lovely touches (bathrobes, beach towels etc) The hosts are very thoughtful and considerate. The heated pool was much appreciated in the slightly unpredictable spring weather.

Très beau séjour, très belle appartement avec piscine. Nous avons était très bien accueilli, ils sont de belle personnes aimables…. Merci beaucoup….. si nous avons l’occasion nous reviendrons avec plaisir…

El alojamiento es maravilloso, ideal para la familia. las vistas a las montañas desde la piscina son increibles. Desde luego lo recomiendo. Lo unico es que la cafetera italiana estaba rota, pero la dolce gusto funciona perfectamente. lo recomiendo 100%
