Casajable, harmony by the sea

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. Studio with a high bed from which to see the sea and the horizon, a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a terrace from which to enjoy panoramic views of the sea. It has hammocks, an electric iron, a sink, an outdoor shower, a bathtub... you can cook and eat while enjoying the views. In the afternoons, there is nothing better than relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sunsets and starry nights in the bathtub.

Fully refurbished bungalow boasting a large private roof terrace with sea views of Lobos and Lanzarote. Large quiet communal beachfront pool and paddling pool. (Just fully renovated). Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'.
