Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Costa Cálida

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It was especially nice to have board games that we played in the evening. The view from the window was simply incredible, it was nice to work and look out the window and in the evening watch the sunset. There are good restaurants and a shop within walking distance. Thank you for the warm welcome, we hope that we will be able to return to this accommodation again on our next trip.

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

Bel appartement dans une belle résidence, un peu éloignée du centre ville 20min voiture mais pas d'embouteillage donc aller retour facile. Belle piscine, excellent séjour, les hotes sont très réactifs merci pour tout !!

Très très bon logement, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La plage est à coté . Je recommande à 100% et Félix est super gentil et à l’écoute . Je reviendrais avec plaisir

We had a wonderful time at Jackie's apartment with all the necessary bits and pieces to make life easy and comfortable. Pool was fantastic and we were lucky that we had it all to ourselves, so very spoilt. Only wished we were staying longer. We will be going back again and looking forward to meeting Jackie next time as she was away while we were there. Many thanks Cally

We stayed here after visiting the Pulpí Geode. The apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked, so that you can prepare any meals, but the restaurant is just a short walk away if you rather not ;) The balcony is covered, so you can enjoy it at any time of day. The hosts left some staples like bread, butter, milk, water etc. They also had Info sheets with nearby stores and activities - Small details that are appreciated.

We so enjoyed our stay. Esther is an amazing host and quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Nice to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. There are even beach towels you can use which is a nice touch. Location is excellent: minutes to the beach, restaurants, groceries and various museums, etc. We walked from the train station to the apartment. Public transportation is excellent to get around the city. The airport bus is a 5 minute walk. I would recommend Esther's place.

A lovely week away in Alicante. The apartment was spotlessly clean and have everything we needed. Lovely balcony to relax but also the use of a communal pool which was great. Beach is walkable but we had a car. Really helpful to have a car as a 5 minute drive to supermarkets

Firstly, Ivan is a wonderful host, and having such a great host makes all the difference. The villa is beautifully presented and contains everything you need to have a fun, relaxing holiday. The pool is perfect and the jacuzzi created a great place to unwind in the evenings. Grocery shopping is minutes on foot and there's lots to do nearby from Crazy Golf, Karting, beach, shopping, etc. I highly recommend Ivan and this villa. Many thanks, Stephen.

Veldig fint sted, gode omgivelser

The house was amazing, so homely and comfortable. We had a struggle when we lost the key, but Magda arrived in the morning to let us back in. Furthermore, her dad drove us to the town nearby to make our train ! Lovely people and lovely home.

Just back from a great 2 week stay at Casa Pap. Great Villa and amazing pool. The views of the mountains are spectacular. Great communication from Steve throughout who made the whole process very simple.

Spędziliśmy wraz z przyjaciółmi przyjemnie i wygodnie urlop, do piaszczystej plaży i morza ok 350 mm, w niewielkiej odległości co najmniej dwie bardzo dobre restauracje, sklep 50 m dalej ( sklepy są czynne 7 dni w tygodniu), kwatera bardzo wygodna z zachowaniem prywatności o co nie jest ławo w Torevieja ze względu na obfitość kwater i apartamentów, gospodarz jest miły i pomocny, ogólnie z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić

We had a fantastic time at Daniel Y Marcela’s house. Quiet, peaceful area close to everything, 1-2 minutes by car to the beach and as far as shops (Lidl, etc), restaurants are just around the corner. Everything was perfect, if we get the chance we will definitely return.

Josh ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber ! Tolle und äusserst schnelle Kommunikation für's Check-In / Check-out und bei anderen Anliegen. Die Villa ist in einem sehr modernen Zustand bei der es an nichts fehlt. Die Betten sind bequem und eine derart gut ausgestattete Küche habe ich noch selten gesehen. Auch für unser Kleinkind fehlte es an nichts. Jede Menge Spielsachen, sonstige Babyprodukte, ein gutes Babybett und Hochstuhl. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum geniessen und entspannen ein, mit einer gepflegten Terrasse und grossem, sauberen Pool. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und können sie bestens weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

Eines der schönsten und besten airbnbs, in denen ich je war. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gemütlich, ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist genial! Einmal über die Straße und man ist am Meer. Eine Straßenbahn-Station ist ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe, sodass man eine gute Anbindung ins Zentrum hat. Teresa ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich in ihrer Wohnung sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, sie hat mich herzlich empfangen und sogar Obst und Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr!

El alojamiento es perfecto para dos personas. Es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Muy buena ubicación a pocos minutos para visitar él maravillosos pueblo de Mojacar. Borislaba es una persona muy atenta y te pone muchas facilidades a la hora de acceder al alojamiento.

Exterior: • En la fachada a la playa, mucho tránsito de vehículos y personas día y… noche. En la trasera un hotel concurrido por jóvenes. • Vistas excelentes. • Terraza amplia. • La terraza tiene una pila con un grifo que por lo que salpica no se hace práctica. • La cerrajería de PVC, en especial las contraventanas, no ajusta perfectamente pero son un buen aislante acústico. • La piscina perfecta en cuanto a limpieza, temperatura y poca ocupación. Interior: • Espacioso y con mucha luz. • Baños interiores y con una luz natural por claraboya que sorprende. • Cocina bien equipada, frigorífico americano y muchos pequeños electrodomésticos. • Aire acondicionado prefecto. • Plaza de garaje para coche grande Limpieza: Limpio en general aunque un par de detalles han bajado la nota, teniendo en cuenta que el coste de la limpieza son 150€. (con mascota pero cantidad que no he pagado nunca) • Cabezal ducha e interior WC con mugre. (tengo fotos) RESUMEN: Caro pero recomendable.

Fuimos 6 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos, ya que la casa cuenta con 2 habitaciones, 1 de ellas con litera muy amplias, + uña sofá cama. La casa esta totalmente equipada, es muy fácil de llegar ,tiene todos los supermercados muy cerca y la playa a 10 en coche. Tiene una barbacoa en la terraza y una mesa con unos bancos, sillas… que está muy bien. Tiene una luz en esta zona, quizás faltaría otra más, pero por lo demás, genial! La comunicación con Pascal siempre fue muy rápida y con Anita también. Repetiría sin pensarlo :)

Ya conocía la urbanización, el apartamento de Sylvie es el que hemos estado mejor, también el más caro. Cuida mucho los detalles y es de agradecer.

Excellent appartement in a very good location near the centre and the beaches and with an amazing sea view. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The building is cer well maintained and has a communal pool and a private door to the beaches.
