Apartment is located on the ground floor of two floors building - gated complex "Giardino degli Ulivi" with amazing swimming pool and parking space. Large day area with sofa bed and TV, kitchen and dinning with exit to covered garden with relax area and dinning table. Fist bedroom with double bed and bathroom inside and second bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom. Airconditioning in every room and ecquipped kitchen!

L'appartement, dessiné par un architecte a été totalement rénové en 2019. Les prestations sont luxueuses. Il est idéal pour 2 personnes puisqu'il a 1 chambre qui dispose d'un lit 160x200, un espace de rangement et sa propre salle bain. Le salon dispose de 2 sofas de 90x200cm qui peuvent accueillir confortablement 2 personnes supplémentaires.

5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.
