Location is wonderful short walk to the beach 2-2 min. Simon provided a beach bag, boogie board, beach towels, and beach umbrella, which made going to the brach easy and more entertaining for my 13 yo. Great stay.

We had a perfect stay! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Very family friendly. We walked to the beach daily as well as to a quaint neighborhood grocery store. There are lots of nearby restaurants. We would stay here again!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Amazing stay for me and my boyfriend! The location is central enough to everything we wanted to do and see here in sd. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed! Instructions are listed clearly and communication with Nick was always quick n reliable! There’s some pretty significant construction out in front of the building, so street parking was a bit tricky since the parking space provided in the garage couldn’t accommodate our truck - but that was just a minor inconvenience for our ginormous rental lol.

Our stay was fantastic! Great location in the Gaslamp District, close to food, entertainment and more! We really loved the beautiful interior design with exposed brick, high ceilings and a gold motif. The furniture was very comfortable and nearby Ralph's within walking distance made it easy to pick up groceries to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. We look forward to returning again and would highly recommend this Airbnb to others visiting San Diego! Thank you to Ryan and co-hosts!

Great location place was very clean we did realize the sofa makes into a bed. Out side of that our stay was very comfortable. We would look them up to stay again.

Perfect location right on mission beach, and we loved the close vicinity to our favorite restaurants! It also came with sand toys & amenities for our toddler which was a huge plus. Only thing that could have made the stay any better is a broom to use, as the sand does start to accumulate after many days at the beach. Overall though, 10/10!

Awesome stay! Super clean and comfy

Great and beautiful place! So close to the beach! Had all the amenities except a kitchen sponge for dishes. The cleaning crew came a day before check out, which was a little uncomfortable.. but overall the location and place were great and the host was so nice and responsive!

unit is very clean. offers plenty of beach toys and such. centrally located two small shopping and restaurant district. easy 1 mile walk to La Jolla cove.

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnbs and this was the cleanest! What a lovely stay. The view is spectacular as well.

Had a great stay! The lock of the main door is a bit strange and should be replaced, as well as the pillows of the bed, these should also be replaced. Otherwise, was nice and I would stay here again.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.
