Great Place to Stay if you’re looking for something local to DT Tijuana or the Border area for Medical needs. Space was beautiful but didn’t look like the images so that changed our stay a bit based on what we were expecting. The building amenities were great totally worth it. The parking space was perfect, thank you for that. My mind was at peace knowing my Tesla was safe during my stay. Cleaners came at 11am on the Dot so be sure to be checked out on time. Would definitely stay again.

Loved staying here a second time! Make sure you drop people off/unload in front of the unit to avoid making others wait to park and don’t get a giant car - the garages are a tight fit like everywhere else in mission beach.

This apartment is very light and bright with lots of windows. It is clean and comfortable. It is in a great location near Petco Park and the Convention Center. I would definitely stay here again. Recommended!

Had a great stay, location was perfect and within walking range of many restaurants. Only downside was finding parking, had pay for a nearby parking garage but other than that it was fantastic.

This is my 3rd time staying at Park12 and I can confirm it is known for its city accessibility & scenic views - Alexis was able to accommodate my last minute request for a weekend stay (memorial weekend 😅) without sacrificing cleanliness 🧼 Highly recommend her listing 🙏 🔥

Easy and quick communication, very accommodating to requests, easy check in and out, secure, clean and comfortable location with good places to walk to. Real host that doesn't appear to be using AI to respond.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

This place was amazing we loved it ! The only this the WiFi could be way better couldn’t connect and when I did just kicked me off :(

Judith’s place was perfect for our stay. For the sample, we brought kitchen equipment from NJ with us because we usually need it when we stay at other places. But Judith’s place had everything plus more than we expected. We left all the equipment in our car!! lol.😆

if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood somewhere to spend with your family perfect place me and my grandchildren play darts ping pong cornhole board games and watch movies we were definitely entertained I will definitely keep it in mind for next time thank you John

My friends and I had a great stay at Tim’s. He was extremely accommodating even when we asked if we could check in earlier. He would respond within the hour. The house was so pretty and the clean. The pool and jacuzzi were easy to use and clean as well. Def recommend coming here and I’d stay here again!

This place is perfect for a group trip! Big grocery store a few blocks away, beach is a short walk, barbeque and rooftop deck and hot tub are awesome, fantastic huge bathrooms, hosts very responsive. A plus!

Amazing place and definitely would stay again! Central location, clean and cozy for a family of four and our kids basically lived in the pool and hot tub (supervised) when we weren’t out and about. Great host, felt like home and fully stocked kitchen.

We had a great stay at Tina’s Place ! The location was ideal for getting around ! There was 11 people in our group ages 2-70 and we were very comfortable! We were able to walk to the beach ( about -10 minutes) as well as to restaurants, shops , bars, etc. the house was central enough to make a short drive to La Jolla, Coronado , Point Loma and of course downtown. In about 20 minutes. The beds were comfy and the backyard was spacious for kids to runaround ! We would definitely air bb again

The house is clean, spacious, and has great decorations. We find it comfortable to stay in Lawrence's house. The host was also very nice and called us to ask whether there was anything we needed to make our experience better. However, there are about 10 high stairs to the front entrance, which is not ideal for people who have difficulty climbing stairs or young children. It is not a big deal for us, but we do have a toddler, so we need to be extra careful to get in and out of the house. The kitchen would benefit from having an electric kettle, so getting hot drinks (tea, instant coffee) would be easier.
