Townhome holiday rentals in Coronado

This home was perfect for our big family! We were attending a wedding on Mission Beach and the location was amazing. Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and (Vons I think?) were within a few min walk from the house. The two provided parking spots made for easy parking. The kitchen was well stocked, the home impeccably clean, and from the room I slept in on the top floor I didn’t hear a sound from the teenagers staying up late downstairs. It is across the street from a middle school, so be aware there will be school sounds, but only during the day. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely choose this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at Lori's place very much. It was great to have a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms as we were in town for a wedding and had several events to get ready for. The coffee was great in the morning and we enjoyed our evening glass of wine out on the deck. Lori responded quickly when we had questions. One thing to note, Lori's pictures do not reflect her beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

The house was clean, easy to locate and well stocked with linens, paper products, etc. would stay there again.

Great spot in the heart of pacific beach. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway and plenty to do within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot.

We had a lovely time celebrating graduation and Father’s Day at Teresa‘s AirBnb! It was very spacious, had a full kitchen, and all the amenities we needed for the perfect visit. The location is perfect, with plenty of places to dine & shop! And Teresa was very quick in responding to messages! We can’t thank her enough for being the perfect host!!

Angie and Family run the property and they do a great job! It was the perfect amount of space, and an excellent location, with everything we needed. We loved the sup boards, bikes, and supplies in the garage!

Dave’s place is amazing!! Incredible location right at the beach, walkable to the sand and restaurants, even a beach park for kids. Dave is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, always available and responsive. We felt right at home in his place and were so thankful to be there. The home is beautifully decorated, and has all the beach gear and toys you would need. We cooked and enjoyed sunsets there. The pool and hot tub are great too! We’d definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for what our family was looking for (5 adults, 1 toddler)! It was a block away from the beach and close enough to walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. We stayed for a week and never ate at the same place twice! As many other reviews stated, there is plenty of road noise during the day, but it was never an issue at night. Susan was a great host and was always responsive. We had a couple very minor issues at the beginning that she resolved immediately. We can not recommend this spot enough if you are looking for a laid back family trip!

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond for Family Comfort My family had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb hosted by Soothing Stays. From the start, our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. What truly stood out was their extra effort in making our stay safe and comfortable for our family—especially our toddler grandson. They went out of their way to install toddler gates throughout the property before our arrival, which gave us such peace of mind. It’s rare to find a host who not only listens to guest needs but takes real action to meet them. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches, clear communication, and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Me and my group of girlfriends had a great weekend celebrating a birthday. The property is clean, well designed, comfortable, and very conveniently located to the airport and Little Italy making it incredibly walkable. The cloud couch upstairs is SO comfortable that two people from my party chose to sleep on it. We had a great time. The host was proactive, responsive, friendly, and very understanding. Thank you! Luis and team were all always available! Communication from all of them was professional, kind, and understanding. The home is perfect for a guys trip, “two guys”, couples and a family of five or six. It’s located in the best part of Mission/Pacific Beach. Coffee/restaurants, and amazing bars within walking or biking distance. Definitely would reserve this home in the future.

This townhome in north park is great! My husband and I were moving from out of state and came to look at apartments in the area. This townhome was such a perfect location for walking around north park, university heights, and hillcrest. The space was very clean and comfortable and it was a great place to relax after long days of looking at apartments

Adorable space, decorated nicely, great neighborhood, and responsive, great hosts. No real complaints, but I will say we read reviews before staying and did experience hearing the neighbors on the front side of the house very early during weekday mornings, probably getting ready for work. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue for you. Otherwise, it’s a nice rental!

Great and clean place in a convenient location! Close to downtown and balboa park. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly in, the noise was not a bother at all. We will definitely be back!
