Lovely stay for 7 nights very easy to communicate with host and quick response time. Perfect area for exploring Cornwall lovely and quiet accommodation with huge garden! Place was nice and clean and check in was simple would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay here and had everything we needed. Great location for seeing different parts of Cornwall. Good to have the facilities on site especially the swimming pool which my boys loved.

The Lodge was fab! The decor was outstanding. The hosts communication was perfect. I would choose the accomodation again in a heart beat! Thanks so much!! 😆

Just had a great time staying here - it is perfect and the hosts were fabulous - friendly and responsive. The swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table and ping pong meant there was something for each of my 4 children and my husband and me to be entertained by. The house was cosy, clean and comfortable. The walks and seaside nearby were great and the recommendations of what to do were super. We would stay again and I've already recommended it to my brother.

We have just got home after a wonderful week stay here. Beautiful!!! Lodge was absolutely stunning. Had everything we needed and more! Would highly recommend. We will definitely return in the near future :)

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

A really lovely cottage set in beautiful surroundings. Andrew our host was very welcoming and friendly, beds were really comfy and our stay was very comfortable. Really dog friendly too with lots of beautiful walks right on our doorstep, including the two private fields and pond, which lead down to a nature reserve. WiFi was very reliable, all local areas to explore within easy reach, including Falmouth and the Lizard peninsular, and everything was provided for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It’s quite simply a beautiful place to be. Water views to the front - from the terrace, the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. Fields to the rear. As the hours pass and the tides change, so does the wildlife. It’s just mesmerising. We spent a week, as a family - 3 siblings and our mum. The 4 bedrooms are all a great size, really comfortable beds, good linen. The living areas are spacious and well equipped. The covered terrace is just the best place - even when the weather takes a turn and that’s where we spent most of our time, watching the waters change and the birds fly and feed. Thank you Mark, for all your great communication and for this stunning home. It was everything.

Great place to stay. The welcome from the reception team was very warm and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and was cosy and comfortable. It was a chilly day when we arrived and it was so nice to walk into a warm room! Everything was clean and fresh, the view across the lake was lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. Check out was very straightforward and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing time at Ralph's flat in Cornwall. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it feel so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better—it’s just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for sunrise strolls, lazy afternoons by the water and surfing. Despite being so close to everything, the neighbourhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The host was also very responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything Cherilyn described her place to be was just right! Worked so well for us as attending a wedding at Polhawn Fort and only 10 mins drive away! Cherilyn recommended to us to book taxis way before our stay as it was half term which turned out to be absolutely the right thing to do! Would go back if ever in that area! 👍

We had a lovely time staying at the Sail Loft. It was beautiful and tidy, it felt very homey. Jen’s instructions on how to arrive were very helpful and check in was easy :) From the accommodation you can see a beautiful lake, located just across the road. In the sail loft there was everything you could need to cook, clean and relax! Thanks for having us Jen :)

We enjoyed an absolutely amazing stay. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Everything was spotless. We're already planning our next stay.

A wonderful stay at Pinetum Gardens. A garden lover’s paradise and a must for anyone planning to visit the Eden Project as I did. Eden is a 7 mins drive away, Tesco is a 10 mins walk, and a bakery 5 mins stroll. Charlestown harbour is a 22 mins stroll and a picturesque location for drinks and food. The house itself is wonderful. Dinky. Fantastic shower and bathroom. Plentiful hot water. A comfortable bed and clean linen. Pristine kitchen. A great house and i will come back for another visit. I had a very warm welcome. The host was on hand. The site has a tearoom, which sadly i did not get to try. Accessible carpark. Hairdryer. Free wifi and everything you could ever want. A brilliant find.

I am a huge fan of House of Hackney, so a stay at the Castle of Trematon has been on my wishlist for years. As soon as we arrived at the Castle Lodge, it felt as if we had left the outside world behind and stepped through a magic mirror into a wonderland where time stands still. The gardens are a feast for the senses with endless paths of wild garlic and bluebells. I saw buzzards flying overhead and bats vibing in the Tower on the first afternoon! If you love exquisite interior design and being immersed in nature, then you will truly love it here. Thank you Javvy and Frie for being the perfect hosts. I never wanted to leave and have to return one day just to ensure it wasn’t all a dream!

My partner and I had a great stay here for a long weekend. The place was so peaceful and quiet but close to amenities. The bed in particular was so comfortable, something I find hard to find at Airbnb’s! Claire and her husband were such lovely hosts and even gave us some free home grown eggs for breakfast. Plus lots of local recommendations. The local is good for seeing both the north and south coast. Easy to get the train too if you don’t fancy driving. 100% would come back and recommend the others too!

We would like to extend our thanks to Samantha for her hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay at The Piggery! This beautiful cottage is in a serene location, very clean, cosy and warm. The Piggery was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay in Cornwall. This was exactly what we were looking for. An idyllic little gem. Near to coast and places to visit, and local pubs too. the accommodation was perfect, spotlessly clean with everything you need to be self sufficient. such a lovely setting with perfect view. There were lots of ducks, geese wandering around with lovely babies in tow. The pond was lovely. We took our dog and he didn't bother with them at all. Steve and Karen made sure we were comfortable and recommended local amenities. Would recommend this accommodation as extremely comfortable and everything you could possibly need was provided (including a welcome basket of goodies). thank you 👌

We had a lovely week staying at Calcite Cabin. The cabin is comfortable, peaceful and private with everything we needed. We loved sitting in the hot tub listening to the birds singing and our dog loved the enclosed garden. We enjoyed having the watersports centre on site where we used our paddleboard and hired one of the centre's kayaks. We also joined one of the swimming sessions, had a nice lunch in the cafe and watched tiny goslings on the lake. The site wardens were really friendly and helpful. We had beautiful weather so visited local beaches (Kynance Cove and Porthleven are stunning), Lizard Point and had Mexican food at Chimichangas. We also had day trips to the Eden Project and St Ives. We'd highly recommend Calcite Cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, dog friendly holiday or those who like to be on the water. There's some heathland adjacent to the centre where dogs can be walked on the lead, and down the road is a nature reserve where dogs can go off lead.

Lower Marsh Farm is brilliant. Wonderful location, excellent facilities, peaceful and calm. Due to the rural location, you do need a car to get there and navigate the area. Olivia the host is incredibly attentive, the instructions for getting there are clear, the optional services are excellent, and the setting is idyllic. We visited with two young children who were captivated by the wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy!

A lovely hidden gem tucked away in beautiful countryside. We went for a relaxing weekend to chill out and were not disappointed. It's often difficult to find somewhere that accepts four Dalmatians but Sally was extremely dog friendly and we felt very relaxed. The place is in a beautiful setting with attractive fishing lakes to walk around. The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we enjoyed the hot tub very much. Nearby Swanacott woods was a ten minute drive away and a great place for the dogs to let off steam. They needed to do this as the free range chickens did tease them a little but luckily none of them ended up in the pot!
