You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Two words…wow and stunning! I came here with my fam for our annual birthday celebration trip. This place is one of the best we have stayed at. Beautiful ambiance in the living, well equipped kitchen, beautiful new bathrooms and Aesop soap! Felt like staying in a nice hotel with the benefits of an airbnb. Basketball hoop, bird life and last but not least the view and the beautiful lounging chairs looking out, to die for! The host was very kind and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely love to come back.

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

We absolutely loved staying here! It is a such a beautiful home and in a great location. So close to Avoca town centre as well as great local walks to cafes, shops and the beach. The house was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Being so close to the lake was such an added bonus! Felicity even provided a fantastic travel cot and highchair for our little ones. It's a great place to stay both with or without kids. As a family of 5 with 3 babies we were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly be back. Highly highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at a coastal Airbnb in Patonga! The stunning ocean views and chraming atmosphere. The beautifully decorated space and welcoming host created a lovely atmosphere. The location was great for exploring nearby beaches and local charm. Highly recommend this Patonga getaway!

We had a great time at Jake’s place, the property is incredible and we enjoyed the bright and vast living area. Jake was super reactive to any of my communication. I definitely recommend staying at Jake’s place!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 littlies stayed at Ahara house for a long weekend getaway! Was like a wellness retreat! Sauna & plunge pool were well used! Beautiful area to walk in, playground close by for toddler….Ineka gave plenty of great recommendations for walks & eating spots! Living area perfect for family gatherings & board games played into the wee morning hours!! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

beautiful place. my travel group gasped out loud at first peep through the doors. ample space for all of us without getting into each other's way. place is exactly like the photos. hot water and heater worked excellent in the cold weather. really nothing to complain about. would love to stay again. We needed somewhere for a longer stay while our home was being repaired. Melissa’s house was centrally located, comfortable and provided everything we needed. The pool maintenance guys were friendly and didn’t impact on our stay at all. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful holiday home and host. We had a fab time. The home is Super close to beach with a short easy walk, and nestled in a quiet pocket. It’s just minutes walk to the surf club cafe or Avoca and Terrigal restaurants and shops by car. The home is well designed and thoughtfully equipped, I was able to host my Martha Stewart inspired luncheon! Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Entertainment was endless with board games, pool and table tennis plus tv streaming. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. Adrian the gracious host is friendly and quick to communicate. This stay was Airbnb at its best. We’ll be back!

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

Lisa's house was absolutely beautiful. It's newly renovated, clean, tidy and ultra comfortable. Lisa goes beyond, and I mean beyond as an air bnb host, from the milk of our choice to snacks and a stocked cupboard. Even the hand soaps and bathroom accessories were all high end and felt like a hotel! The house is immaculate, and the views are stunning. A 5 min drive to Terrigal or 10 min to South Avoca so there's plenty of of beautiful beach all around. Thank you Lisa, and absolutely fabulous week.

My friends and I had the most amazing time here! The views were incredible, with a unique & peaceful vantage point to see the view from. The house was perfect for a big group, well equipped & in a great location to Newport itself. Sue was very responsive & super helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The views were stunning, and the surrounding area was so peaceful and serene — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel welcoming and practical, and it’s very well suited for a longer stay. what an absolutely beautiful home. from the moment I booked with Glenyss, it was an extremely smooth and easy experience. she is super attentive. upon arrival she had a welcome basket, which was amazing. the girls really enjoyed that extra gesture. house was clean. location was stunning. I can't rave enough about the place.
