I had a fantastic stay here. Everything was clean and it was a really nice setup. Great location if you want to walk to Oracle Park or Chase Center for a game. The grocery store is 100 feet away. The apartment is secure/safe and super easy to get into. The staff is really nice and helpful. I enjoyed it here!

It’s been a great stay at Chioma’s apartment. I will address a few things which were factually incorrect in another review. The mall is right opposite to listing and is still open. IKEA just opened another mall across the street, with a food court and plenty of restaurants — only 30 seconds away from the apartment. Heater: The apartment is modern with Google Nest — you can adjust the heat or AC to whatever temp you want. I had no issues with the temperature or the speed of the heater. Noise: The room has thick windows to keep the noise out. Some sounds may slip through since you’re in the heart of downtown, but nothing alarming. I slept well and never had my sleep interrupted. Common Amenities (lounge, gym, kitchen): All in the building, easy to access, no need to ask anyone. Chioma was super open, honest, and always quick to communicate. She is very professional and always responds, even though she couldn’t extend my late checkout. She was kind enough to explain it

OMG, so I travel a lot and when I say a lot i mean like it can be more 2 or 3 times for the month sometimes. This has been one of my best stays in a very long time. CLEAN, LOVELY hotel employees , convenient to everywhere I needed to be and good food. Thank you so much.....I WILL BE BACK!!!!!

This might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed out. It was spotless and in a quiet part of SF but close to everything I needed. The flat is so spacious and so well organized and furnished. The amenities in the building are amazing too with easy access to the hot tub, the gym, a shared workspace or a dog park. And being able to park in the building for a small fee made it so much easier. Thank you again for hosting us, we'll definitely be back!

A bit tricky understanding that you have to cover the entire keypad with your hand before it turns on. You would naturally think just pressing the keypad or holding down through finger press would suffice. Nothing in the instructions for entry to indicate this, but a call to the host cleared that up. Other than that, everything is as it is described.

Second time staying for a business trip. Clean and convenient. Hosts super responsive.

Access to the Club House (we had a great massage) and location to amenities was nice.

I loved staying at Club Donatello! Everyone was super hospitable, the turndown service was an added bonus as were the chocolates, the room/space was clean + ample, and I enjoyed a hot tea on their rooftop seating. The beds were sooo comfy + I liked having a robe to lounge around in. If I come back for my conference agin next year, this will be my first choice to stay!

Everyone was super friendly at the place and the host even left welcoming basket in my room!

Stayed here for my before wedding preparations and it was amazing. Simply amazing. I’m from the city so I may be biased on ease of location but the Japanese restaurants in the area are delicious and I ate at the same one every day I was there before heading to Maui.

Amazing condo. There is literally no other way to see the Bay Bridge like this, it's absolutely worth the view!! There were also stocked snacks and beautiful flowers 🥰

I stayed here with family and it was easy to find and access. The entry stairs are a workout so be prepared for that. Overall the rooms were clean, there were plenty of towels provided and we all thought the beds were very comfortable. It’s in a nice neighborhood and convenient location with no issues with street parking. We loved it

Great location in Pacific Heights. Walking distance to awesome parks, restaurants, coffee. Wonderful spaces in the house. Easy to work remotely. Usually street parking on hill in front. We loved it.

Had a great time at Nicole’s place in Discovery Bay during our 2-night stay. Highly recommend booking this AirBnB! We stayed indoors during a one-day heat advisory that was in effect during our booking and especially appreciated the connected / smart speaker system, TV / lounge areas, fitness room, pool table, and enjoyed access to the bay and hot tub when the weather cooled. Nicole was a great and communicative host—very responsive over messages and provided a helpful guidebook / informational binder with explanations on all the (many) amenities in the house.

We were very happy with this house. The location was peaceful, beautiful and close to fun shops and restaurants. The house was very spacious for our large group of extended family. Some stuff was a little worn, as is expected in an airbnb, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back!

What a beautiful home nestled in the Oakland hills! We loved staying in a space that felt cozy and genuine. We had the amenities we needed like plenty of plates, towels, and bedding. This is a 2-bedroom listing with an optional, comfortable Murphy bed in the living room, which we used. The neighborhood has incredible views of the bay and SF, yet is still close driving distance to shops and restaurants (around 10 mins). We enjoyed our stay!

This place is amazing. It felt just at home for us. The kitchen has a lot of supplies and tools to cook. The bathrooms are amazing as well as the washer and dryer. Smita is so nice and friendly. She let us check in earlier and check out later which was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Very toddler friendly space as well. Thank you for everything.

This AB&B did not dissapoint. It was much more spacious in person and can comfortably fit a large group. The hosts were very responsive to inquiries before & after booking and checked in with us to ensure our stay was satisfactory after we arrived. The house was easy to get into & the detailed instructions were very helpful. This house is great for entertaining, with an open floor plan that includes two dining areas, a living room and kitchen with all of the appliances, oversized fridge and freezer and cooking ware/utensils needed to prepare meals. This house has several steps leading from the driveway to the front door & on both floors so as the listing stated, if you or your pets don't like steps, this is not the home for you. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was both beautiful, peaceful & quiet. We enjoyed the scenic views of the golf course and greenery. Overall, this home is light and bright & has all of the amenities to ensure a clean, comfortable stay.

We flew in to California from Arkansas on a Wednesday to attend a funeral on Friday and one on Saturday. Dale met us at the house and was very friendly and willing to help with any concerns that we had.He brought toilet paper,packs of new washcloths and body wash and I absolutely loved that.There were plenty of large clean white bath towels.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and anything needed to cook with. The pantry was also well stocked but we ate out every meal.We only used the kitchen to make tea and coffee. He came and provided us with an extra parking pass for our guest.He offered to have the carpet cleaned while we was there but we opted to have the carpets cleaned after checkout.We was able to wash and dry our clothes with the washer and dryer in the garage.The beds were comfortable with nice clean linens and plenty of soft pillows.Check in was easy.We didn’t get to use the backyard at all because we was out and about every day.Roku TV’s in every room.
