Nice quiet cared for home in Laconia. Easy access to downtown. Comfortable beds. I appreciated the art and many preserved original aspects of the home.

Kathy’s spot was a welcome retreat tucked away from Lebanon town center. Lovely hammocks and a big backyard with lots of birds and peepers to lull you to sleep. We adored this overnight stay and were super thankful for the clear instructions and responsive host. WiFi was easy to log onto and very fast. We had a wedding to attend at The Barn on the Pemi. Vikis place is literally only a 4 min drive away! Great place to stay for any event here. Very peaceful !

Mary's place was great. Everything was exactly as described and Mary gave very clear instructions for check in and responded quickly to text messages. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and there was everything you needed. The space was great for 2 kids and 2 adults and our dog. Barbara was very accommodating to us for a couple things we had needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

Beautiful, historic home in a lovely neighborhood close to downtown Keene. Charming and cozy inside and out. Comfortable beds and furniture. Wonderful artwork by Ruth throughout her home. Large bright kitchen with everything you’d need to stay. Enjoyed the architecture and restaurants in Keene. Highly recommend Ruth’s home to stay in this area!

The accommodations were attractive and comfortable--just as described and pictured in the listing. It was perfect for our family in terms of location and space. The grounds are quiet and peaceful with a beautiful pool that was very inviting but unfortunately the weather was still a little cool for a swim. Ian was great with communication and a warm and welcoming host. We were very pleased with our stay.

Our stay was perfect. Plenty of room for us and a toddler. Open studio space with a nice washer/dryer for after swimming at the pool. Close to downtown to grab a bite to eat & explore. Would definitely recommend!

The Big Red Cottage is definitely worth the stay! Chris is great and super responsive. The house is beautiful and very cozy! Great for a family - I highly recommend.

My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Rafael’s Lake Winnipesaukee condo. Rafael and his wife Theresa were very helpful with local recommendations for entertainment and eating. We would definitely book there again

I stayed at Elaine's Airbnb for a quick weekend getaway to Mount Sunapee. The location is conveniently close to both the town and the mountain. Sunapee is about a 30-minute drive away (give or take), but the property is also within 10 minutes of restaurants. The hospitality was unmatched, and the pictures of the place truly don't do it justice. I was impressed with how clean and beautiful the library suite was. The house and surrounding properties are all stunning and well-kept, which hasn't always been my experience when staying at other locations in New Hampshire. Elaine was incredibly friendly and made my fiancé and me feel right at home! I hope to stay here again when I plan another trip to Mount Sunapee!

This was a great Airbnb. We were pleasantly surprised with the overall detail and design of the space. It was definitely a gem.

Great stay! Very quiet and peaceful. My dogs really loved it! Amy was communicative, friendly, and gave us clear instructions. The place was very clean! The outhouse is well maintained. The farm stand nearby awesome and well supplied with firewood. For about an hour at dusk the mosquitos were swarming, cant hurt to pack a little bug spray just incase. We would definitely return to this great spot!

Beautiful house and location! Private but close to everything. House has everything you would need. If I needed to stay in the area again it would definitely be here.

Ben and Rachel provided easy to follow, relaxed and clear instructions for everything from accessing the space, house rules, and expectations for how to take our leave. The surroundings are quiet and the accommodations comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. My son lives in the area and we were able to easily spend time together with him and other friends. The proximity to the Newfound Lake area and the mountains made for great recreational opportunities. Thank you Ben and Rachel for a hassle free experience.
