Massimiliano's apartment was clean, modern and nicely furnished. The air-conditioning and black-out blinds were very effective. He had chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco for us which was a very nice welcome gift. We also appreciate that he could let us check in sooner and check out later since the apartment was available. In addition, Massimiliano helped us navigate a train strike on the day we were scheduled to take the train to Como. We highly recommend his apartment and Massimiliano as a host!

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment in Via Crespi in Como and I can only highly recommend it. The location is simply perfect: situated in the heart of the city, just 30 meters from the lake, it allows you to fully experience the magic of Como with all its beauty at your fingertips. The apartment is very well maintained, very clean and very well equipped. The two bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, perfect for families or small groups, while the two bathrooms are modern, functional and truly impeccable. Special thanks go to Erik and Silvia, who were very kind and always available, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
I absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience Como at its best, in total comfort and in a truly privileged location.

We absolutely loved staying here! The view is impossible to beat. The walk to the water is less than 10 minutes, which makes it the perfect distance for both privacy and access to activities. Be aware that the walk is mostly uphill, and the heat in the middle of summer can be a lot when staying here. Lara did a phenomenal job giving directions and answering questions. Her recommendation book at the apartment was detailed and clearly written with care. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone who asked.

Right from the start Loris was a great host, was warm and friendly, and sent really clear video instructions for finding and entering the apartment, as well as some nice local recommendations. The apartment was immaculate, and had everything we needed. And the little welcome note near the front door was a lovely touch. We had the best time in Como, and wouldn't hesitate to book with Loris again.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

We stayed 5 nights in Leonardo's flat. It was in a very central location. Boat ferries and train and bus stations only a couple of minutes walk away. Nevetheless the flat was very quiet and also very cool inside. We arrived with very hot summer weather, it was 33 °C outside. The flat inside was very pleasent 20° C. Also close by there are good restaurants ( il carrettiere) and a supermarket and pharmacy right next door . Como has a supermarket that is a bit further away (10 min walk) that is open 24/7. Leonardo was very quick to answer all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay! Monica and Paolo went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. Sending the best recommendations and advice. They responded immediately and even came and delivered water when the shops were closed. The place is outstanding with amazing views. Would stay again in a heartbeat and our trip was so special. Would recommend a car to get to and get around as think it would be difficult without car.

It was easy to deal with the man as if I had known him for a long time. Responsive and extremely cooperative I recommend it to those who seek tranquility, comfort, and enjoy the sunset from a beautiful view

The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to everything, within minutes of walking to restaurants, boats, shopping, etc. It was easy to find, quiet, very clean, beautifully renovated and as described. I highly recommend this property. The only problem was Wi-Fi connection. It wasn’t available for most of our stay. Cristina was responsive, and did try to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, it was fixed the day before we were scheduled to leave.

The view and place was very nice. Federica also helped us with our luggage which was very nice of her. She was always available when we had any questions.

What a gem of a rental in Como! The location is unbeatable — just a few steps from the lake, the Duomo, and everything else you’d want to explore. The apartment itself? Absolutely gorgeous. Stylish, elegant, and full of charm — clearly put together with a great eye for detail. The hosts were fantastic: responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay at The Goose House. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely lovely stay in Luisas apartment. Beautiful and clean and in a lovely area, with great little bars and restaurants to visit. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My son and I stayed here, and it was fabulous!! The interiors are well done, nicely furnished, and very comfortable! All top notch. We walked to everything we needed. There’s some slight lake views from a few of the windows. Quiet & private. Highly recommend (just not to anyone who needs an elevator.) But it was perfect for us!

This is a perfect airbnb - ideal location, plentiful amenities in the apartment and a kind host, Paola, who gave us some brilliant local recommendations - we loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very nice accomodation and very pleasant hosts! If we‘ll ever look for an air BnB in Milano again we would love to stay again :) awesome to reach by car as well and close public transport.

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is very easy to reach by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

An amazing space, definitely worth the price. Beds were very comfortable and the roof terrace was awesome

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

The view is spectacular. Even better in person. Worth the drive up the mountains. By the third day I was driving like a local. Spent 5 peaceful relaxing days. The huge balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying cocktails. Short drive to the local grocery store and Varenna was just a 20 min drive.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
