a very comfortable stay. the apartment was very clean and modern. easy check in and communication was great. The addition to access to the pool was great for the late afternoons. would recommend

It is a very cozy house and everything that comes out in the photos has it. There is everything in the kitchen. The bathroom is large and super clean as was the rest of the rooms in the house. It has spectacular views. Daniel, he was super generous to us or to our pets. Te attends very quickly and very friendly. We also eat in their restaurant el Pikinini and es para go to eat daily. SPECTACULAR food!! Everything super well cooked, with quality products. We will definitely repeat again.

The apartment is on foot from San Jose beach. There are restaurants almost at the foot of the apartment and a coffee shop just down where we had a great breakfast. It is located in the center of the tourist area of San José and has a wonderful terrace where you can go out in the morning and give you a sun and great views. In the beach of San José it takes 5 minutes short because it is right next to the place. The apartment is very clean, with all the amenities. The coordination to get there was very good. Maria waited for us to give us the keys and the garage remote that was the most because we had no problem with parking. It is a very recommended apartment for those who are looking for comfort, tranquility, rest, beach and a little good food, ice cream shops, shops, etc. 100% recommended.

This apartment was fantastic and it felt like a home away from home. The location cannot be beat and everything is clean and today and everything as advertised.

We loved our stay with Noelia and her husband! They were very kind and responsive. The accommodation is very spacious and the residence very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The facilities (swimming pools and gym) are a real plus! I would recommend it 100%

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

Fantastic and spacious little apartment for a couple, literally a 5min walk uphill from the beach in a quiet residential area. Loads of excellent restaurants nearby, and a great supermarket at the foot of the building. Easy free parking on the street outside. The little balcony facing the sea was a big draw when booking, and didn't disappoint. The interior is not over-cluttered, and has ample storage. Extra bedding provided when requested, and excellent shower pressure in the bathroom. Our contact person was Carlos, and he could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had a wonderful time. NB. There is a half-completed building going up behind the block, but not much seemed to be happening during our stay. Probably worth checking at point of booking if that's going to bother you.

Simply perfect. Carlos' bungalow exceeded all our expectations: it is even nicer than the photos, decorated with exquisite taste and with every detail designed to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The cleanliness was spotless and the natural light coming in in the morning makes it even more special. But the best of all is its unbeatable location, just steps from the beach! Waking up and having breakfast with the sound of the Sea was a real luxury. Carlos was an exceptional host - friendly, attentive and always available to help us with anything. Definitely one of the best homes we've been to. We'll be back!

Basic foodstuffs left in the kitchen, very handy when doing your own cooking. Very relaxing and peaceful, lovely secluded garden with pool Local rep. Elaine was very helpful.

The apartment "Casa de Valtravieso" is part of a larger house with three apartments. The apartment we stayed in is on the raised ground floor with a large deck on the south side and a patio with seating on the north side - this patio adjoins the bedroom. We rented the apartment for a month (March 2025). Especially given the off peak season dates, the price for this rental and its value was really good value. The house is older, renovated in the last two years. Antonio is a nice person, he was there even when we arrived. After that we met several times during our stay and always spoke informally at least for a while. On our arrival, I also asked Antonio if he had an older work desk to create a small workspace for a laptop. He provided us with a table, that was very convenient for us. There was no dining table in the interior prior to our stay - in a warmer time it is assumed that you are eating on the terrace. Before our arrival, Antonio got a new dining table in the dining room as well. Our stay was great and we definitely recommend the place!

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

The apartment is nice, and everything was very tidy and clean. It has a large terrace to enjoy in summer. The pool is fine, and my kids loved it. It's in a quiet area, so you can rest well. Domingo is very kind and recommended places to eat. We would definitely repeat.

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

Clean and tidy apartment, very quiet urbanization.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

Oscar was very attentive and kind, the arrival at the accommodation was easy with a video that explained everything perfectly! Recommended, very comfortable and well-kept apartment, very comfortable beds and everything well cleaned!
