Carmen's and Jose's casita is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so that you have everything you need to prepare your own meals. Beds are comfy and WiFi is fast and reliable. Communication with both is promptly and very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the house the second time and I would always come back again. A highly recommended accommodation in Cabo de Gata.

We had the ground floor of the townhouse. Beds and amenities were great, everything very clean, nice little courtyard with sun and tree shade. It was very quiet around the season, I assume that most of the cottages in this residential area are cottages. Check-in and checkout were contactless, Catalina had a friend/colleague on site who we could have contacted at any time.

We had an amazing time at the house - highly recommend for families . We loved the pool at the back and the cool dark bedrooms. Kitchen was great as was terrace area - can’t wait to come back again ! Only issue was getting into the property as the garage door was locked but this was quickly resolved .

Both Catherine and Thomas were very helpful and kind, very communicative from the first moment and always ready to answer our doubts. The house is in Cariatiz which although it belongs to Sorbas is 13/14 minutes in car. It is a very quiet area, very few cars pass by and the neighbors are a charm; in addition the views are beautiful and close to many routes. Our dog was great in the village. The house is very cozy and had everything we needed (towels, toaster, hairdryer, sheets...). As a negative point I will highlight that the light was very easily skipped; we were able to jump a handful of times using the hairdryer after the shower; in addition the floor downstairs where the living room is has poor mobile data coverage (for calls no problem). Finally I want to apologize because our dog left some prints around the house that did not give us time to mop before our departure. Thank you very much to Catherine for welcoming us into her home!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jose's house, the location is perfect, the cleanliness, the tranquility of the place, everything exceeded our expectations. Jose is a very attentive host, always attentive to what you need. Cabo de Gata is spectacular, and staying here we felt at home.

Exceptional the house and the deal with Juan and Ángela (in charge of keys). The house is spotless, very clean, very taken care of. The new kitchenware, no shortage of anything. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two beds, in which you are super comfortable (maybe the mattress is very hard, a matter of tastes). A/A with heat pump in the living room and marriage room (I don't know if one of the rooms has because we don't use it, also not the bathroom downstairs), and several electric heaters for the whole house, as well as many sailors for their use. which in many accommodations you can't find. Negative points: It does not have a boiler, it is a 75L thermos which does not give for 3 long showers in a row, considering that as there is no dishwasher, you use the hot water to scrub cacharros. It has no blinds, they are shutters, a lot of light comes in at sunrise and with the street light at night. The showerhead in the bathtub does not hold, very uncomfortable.

Myself and my partner very much enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. Pros The Internet and working space was excellent. The desk was a great perk for me and video calls worked well on the very fast Internet. Rafael is an extremely attentive host and any issues we're acknowledged and responded to quickly. The views from the townhouse are lovely and the beach being over the road is great. The roof access could be an issue for those with mobility issues but was all good for us. There are beach chairs and umbrella available at the property which were a great bonus. Cons The majority of Restaurants, bars and supermarket are a 15 mins walk away. The shower upstairs could be improved. Overall we had a very nice month in the townhouse and would recommend. Thanks Rafael.

Lara is very kind at all times. The house was tidy, close to the beach, in a good location and very spacious.

We had an enjoyable stay

Rui is a very friendly, reliable host and the townhouse perfect for a family of 5. Located in a quiet side street close to the beach and centre of town. The roof terrace is very pleasant to have dinner and even to sleep (we brought some camping gear) if you prefer the open sky to air-conditioned rooms.

A beautiful home. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was to hand. Excellent location just a 5 minute walk to the beach. A warm and comfortable place which was very restful. Pedro had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Simple check in and a great host with efficient and speedy communication. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return. Already looking forward to another visit.

We had a lovely stay. The appartement was very clean. The airco very good. The communication with Adrian was also excellent. The community pool was clean. We used the car to visit some nearby beaches as the one closest was not our favorite personally. We were at the beginning of the season so it was still calm and the beaches not too crowded.

We stayed in this beautiful house for four weeks in November/December. It is very well equipped with everything you need during a long stay. On the upper floor there is a very nice, sunny balcony with a beautiful view where we had breakfast every day. Very nice is also the large roof terrace with beautiful views in all directions and sun until the late afternoon. Gracia was very helpful with good tips and advice, was always very accessible, and made sure that everything worked out very well from start to finish. All in all, we spent a very nice time in the house and the surroundings, which we will remember positively.

We had a great weekend in the duplex. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the sea, and the house is very well equipped and clean. Ideal for going with friends or family. Beatriz was an attentive and kind host at all times. We would definitely repeat!

Paula's place has so much space! It was incredible to stay in. You can generate your time from the front bedrooms balcony, which extended a generous length, unbelievable. There's an patio with a eating table, that leads from the kitchen that's also an enormous space. And there's a front porch with also a eating table to lounge around. Spectacular spaces to lose yourself, and to gather with others. Paula is fabulous!

We loved the accommodation. The views from both the terrace and the 2 rooms are noteworthy. Rosa, who was the person who received us, was very kind at all times. Totally recommended.

Annie and I had a fabulous welcome to Helens home within a beautiful peaceful village. The property was spotlessly clean, very well furnished and everything you would require for a holiday was available, just like home from home ! The location was very peaceful with friendly locals, the shop was very well stocked . It was a bonus to have a pool with bar and Tapas a two minute walk from the property Helen was a super host with a mine of local information and nearby should you need advice on anything. We had an amazing holiday in gorgeous Almeria
