Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

Without a doubt this place is great for people who are looking to stay a peaceful house surrounded by nature. Raul was a great host..his recommendations were very helpful and he was very responsive..went an extra mile to help in terms of local travel as well.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

If you have a 6-7 people group this is a god send. perfectly located for all fun of north goa, peaceful, lot of cats roaming around. private pool, helpful people caring for the property and just so homely. few frogs come and go in the house and bathroom but they are cute. the porch was just perfect for latenight sit outs and goa fun. very beautifully lit place. the host is very prompt and helpful for everything. will definitely book again and again

We stayed with our two pets here and we had a good time. The place was very close to the beach ( 10 mins walking distance) as well as in a gated premises so we felt very safe. Yet it was close to great restaurants and cafes. Markets are also around. It felt as a peaceful homely stay after the holiday activities of Benaulim. Definitely recommend if you want to stay closer to the beach, and great restaurants in Benaulim plus a quaint quarter stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The other reviews say it all! Our pet dog had a lovely time at the villa and at the beach too. The road from the villa has now been extended till the beach so you can drive till the beach if you want to. Otherwise it is a quick 5 minute walk to a non-crowded rather unknown part of Cavellosium beach. Only locals know the place ! Lourio and his wife were super helpful and Ranjit was always available for any help we needed ( we had a 'taxi not showing up' emergency and Ranjit saved the day!). The villa was just perfect for our extended stay in south Goa, the fenced garden a big plus for those with pets.

We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

Spacious house in beautiful location close to the beach. House is very clean, and caretaker is available for help and questions. Swimming pool well maintained and surrounded by nice garden, all really lovely. Recommended taxi driver George was a great help locally and so nice to chat with. Only downside was the mattresses, which are extremely hard and lumpy. They should urgently be replaced, l could only sleep by fashioning a mattress topper out of a spare quilt.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

The Villa is the best deal you can ever get in the South. Its pretty close to the railway station all the guidance is provided by the owner very well. The moment you reach there the Care Taker is the best deal you get in this purchase believe me or not. His name is Sultan. He is at his foot, You need help with any issue even late in the night he will be there. He is the cherry on the cake. Make sure to book this property if visiting the south.

We felt very lucky in finding Jude & Yshana's beautiful Portuguese heritage house in Benaulim. She gave us the details of a taxi driver, Parvez, who met us at the airport and drove us to the house. Yshana met us when we checked in, and introduced us to our lovely housekeeper Lahta who looked after us and made us lots of lovely dinners, and kept the house spotless, even washing our clothes for us for the 5 weeks we spent there. We loved Benaulim, Goa, which is a busy little village, close to beautiful beaches, plenty of restaurants, fruit & veg markets, supermarkets, travel agents. Buses to Margao, Colva, and tuk tuks which would take you anywhere locally for a few rupees. We got friendly with several drivers, and took their mobile numbers, so we could call up a tuk tuk when we wanted a ride. Yshana even took us to Panjim one day to show us some of her favourite shops. We love the area and are planning to go back again, next year.

We spent a wonderful Christmas-New Year week at Vaibhav's apartment in Cavelossim. The flat is spacious and well equipped with all the amenities required to make you feel right at home. Vaibhav is a great host and very responsive to your needs. He quickly arranged to fix the AC when it started creating problems, despite the festive season and low availability of technicians. The apartment itself is located in a lovely complex with close proximity to the beach, some great restaurants and the supermarket. Overall we had a great stay and would love to come back again the next time we are in South Goa. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful month-long stay at this Airbnb in Velsao, Cansaulim, South Goa, with my 80-year-old mother. At 56, I truly appreciated the peaceful setting, while my mother found it comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic—just a 1 km walk to a clean, serene beach, perfect for unwinding. The apartment is well-equipped, though the kitchen could use more storage for long stays. Our host, Mr. Savio, was exceptional—non-intrusive yet always available when needed. He promptly helped when we locked ourselves out and was incredibly gracious when we accidentally broke some crockery, refusing any compensation. Having a vehicle is advisable as the main market is a bit far. With its tranquility, comfort, and a fantastic host, this stay was an absolute delight. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful South Goa retreat!

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Amazing stay. I've stayed at this place two times, both times it was super fun. The host and the maintenance lady Brenda was also super helpful. Just one small thing, I wish they had supplied soap, shower and some other toiletries.

It was an absolute please to stay at this villa. the size was perfect for us and very spacious. The housekeeper was lovely and helpful. The host was very accommodating and responsive. There is a bar/restaurant on site for quick and easy food. The grounds were kept clean and pleasant. There is also a shuttle buggy that can take you too and from the beach. The only downfall was the pool play loud music from 8am-8pm. It didn’t affect us because we placed our children into the back room away from the pool and we are also early risers but this could be an issue for others. Overall I found the stay great and would certainly book stay again.
