Holiday rentals with beach access in Colva

Anupama is a great host and the place is really good...and she was kind to talk her place with a 20ltr bisleri water and essesials like fruits and biscuits, hand wash etc. Generally a nice place for a small family also

This is the most beautiful airbnb i have stayed till date.. wud like to call it home away from home. Soulful. Exactly what i wud want to call home someday. Minimalistic, classy, elegant, clutter-free and made mindfully to cater to a small family. All amenities provided as described aren’t just for namesake but are truly best quality like one wud have for ones o n home. The host is responsive and proactive yet not bothersome or intrusive at all. Hasslefree check in and check out with complete freedom. Pool was the high light for my lil ones, we cooked a bit , ordered out a bit, and walked into our place of choice just located close by. Although only one car parking was offered, both our cars were accommodated hasslefree. Highly highly recommended and worth every penny.

Though we chose the single bedroom apartment for only a 1 night stay, the location and comfortable stay at the apt made out visit to Benaulim memorable. The ambience was top-notch. Very clean and neatly maintained with all necessary equipments/kitchenware. Walkable distance to beach and lot of great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended for a small family or a couple.

We loved the location of the property and had a really nice stay. The caretakers were very sweet too!

Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

We made a good decision to choose Don’s Hideaway in Varca. The place is exactly as described, and the hosts & manager are truly hands on and available. Everything that was promised in the house was available. This was especially important for us as we were travelling with an infant, and had to prepare some meals. The info shared by Nakul on confirmation of the place was immense – everything that you’d need to know – from grocery shops and car rentals, to restaurant recommendations and places to visit. The only drawback was that a lot of the society was under construction. In fact, the view from most rooms was of an under-construction house. This again, was informed to us by the host, so props to them for that. There’s a clubhouse with apool being constructed right in front of their villa, so once that’s done, it will be truly amazing! If you’re a family looking for a peaceful getaway away from the humdrum of the beaches, yet close enough to visit them, I’d highly recommend this place

We stayed at Aansav Verde and the villa property was beautiful. The house looked like the image, it was cleaned well before we checked in and we also got local reccomendations of places to visit and the numbers of taxi, cab and scooty rentals which was useful. If you want to explore South Goa, you can stay here with your friends and family.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from one of the cleanest and most peaceful beaches I’ve ever seen. It was such a refreshing change to find a beach that wasn’t overcrowded, making it ideal for mornings runs and relaxing sunsets. One unexpected highlight was the bookshelf in the home. The collection of books was so thoughtfully curated. It made for the perfect escape when I wasn’t at the beach. Overall, a serene and cozy stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil setting with the bonus of a fantastic mini-library!

This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

From booking to check in to check out Roy’s helpfulness, communication and understanding was 100%. His apartment was everything we wanted and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The aircon was efficient and the ceiling fans effective. The apartment is in a quiet and gated area, everything you need is walking distance. Thoroughly recommend staying here and thanks Roy for our welcome surprise pack and the water.

Overall great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you’d need for a vacation. It’s well-located, just a 7-minute drive from the beach, and the caretaker was kind, helpful, and always available. A couple of things to note: the area has very low to no network coverage, and there were occasional power outages, which made it hard to stay connected. There’s also ongoing construction nearby, so it can get a bit noisy at times. That said, these are all outside the owner’s control, and overall, we had a lovely stay!

I had an exceptional stay at the Mistral! The property was impeccably clean and exactly as described. Mr Emiliano and family, who were always present around the property and their accompanying restaurant, made every effort to engage with guests, get to know them, and assist with travel plans. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was truly commendable, as they eagerly sought suggestions for improvement. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The combination of a beautiful apartment and such attentive hosts made my experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Pouras and Dikshita's place. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from Varca Beach. Communication was seamless, and the host's were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Had very high expectations before we arrived . We were not disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extras like fresh fruit, bread,milk etc. and all the washing and cleaning products for our stay. Our host was proactive in thet she contacted us a number of times to ensure that everything was good with us . We never had a problem of any kind. I would give our experience a 5 star++ if that was possible
