Holiday rentals with a pool in Colva Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

This penthouse is very decent and specious property. we both the families feel homely during 3 days span. Highly recommended for the families.

The property was in a very good area and had all amenities. The host was very good and we always had someone to help us out with different things. The cleanliness was on point and there was sufficient storage area as well.

It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. Amazing stay! A very beautiful villa situated in a very well managed and secure neighbourhood. The host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Chose the place based on the photos seen on the site, and also as it checked most of the boxes for us. I must say that the 3 nights and days spent here by 6 of us and our pet lab were worth every penny and memorable. Sanjay is a wonderful host who was always forthcoming and proactive in communication with us. Hillary the house manager and Angelica the maid were both very aware and responsive to our requirements. The house is very tastefully done and everything worked perfectly. Cleanliness was spot on and all linen/utensils etc were as good as new. The thoughtful gesture of having a lot of wonderful eats/drinks available for consumption was indeed a highlight that speaks volumes about the warmth and care from Sanjay's side. Overall I will highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a large family unit with pet in the quiet south Goa region. Totally worth it!

One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!

I had stayed at Ankur’s place during the first week of June, we had planned for a stay of 2 nights but we needed to extend for a day more and upon checking with her, she readily allowed us to stay for the additional day and also, was flexible with both the check-in as well as check-out timings. The property is close to Dabolim airport and is very peaceful and serene. The check-in and entry to the property was quick and easy. The apartment is maintained well and is exactly as seen in snaps. All amenities were available as mentioned and everything was working fine. Ankur was always available for any query required and was really helpful during our stay. I would really recommend this place for anyone who is travelling to Goa and using this platform.

I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. There were plenty of shared facilities that made the experience even better, including a pool table, table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. I had an exceptional stay at the Mistral! The property was impeccably clean and exactly as described. Mr Emiliano and family, who were always present around the property and their accompanying restaurant, made every effort to engage with guests, get to know them, and assist with travel plans. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was truly commendable, as they eagerly sought suggestions for improvement. The staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The combination of a beautiful apartment and such attentive hosts made my experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay.

The first thing you notice as you enter Costa's Montage is the colourful apartment buildings surrounded by greenery... The place walking distance from the Benaulim with its clean beach and inviting waters. The apartment itself is tastefully done up. The kitchenette has provision of every little thing- bottle opener, scissor, what nots and so does the apartment! For a couple it's a perfect getaway... Infact you can be quite comfy here for months even. However, for more than two visitors , just one washroom can be limiting. All in all, 10/10 for this cute little place. Loved it! P.S. The balcony by the attic is perfect for star gazing.
