Holiday rentals with a patio in Columbia

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

Beautiful place great price for the room. You won’t regret it. It looks just like the pictures we had the best time. It was peaceful love the chickens, rabbits, squirrels, and seen our Kentucky state bird their. Such a beautiful place inside and out!! Donna is very responsive, helpful and very kind. Great little amenities that expensive hotels would not even give you. We will return. We had such great privacy and neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us to stay for a great weekend and close to our concert. Very well worth the 4 hour drive from Kentucky!!!😊😊😊😊

Donna and Randy were extremely nice hosts. The perfect quiet place to stay in Nashville . They have a beautiful and peaceful backyard space. The interior has really nice updates, with an attention to detail. Definitely will stay here again.

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very light and spacious. Walkable to Broadway, the Gulch, and easy Uber/Lyft to and from the other locations around town. Very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with everything one could need for a few-night stay. What wasn't there, they kindly provided. They were very responsive to everything we needed. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again if I return to Nashville for a visit. Thank you, Julia and Andrew.

Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

The apartment was amazing. Very comfortable with all the amenities. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic communication. Easy arrival and check in. Pool was terrific. Condo as described. Walkable to all of downtown. Helpful staff on site. Bedroom is definitely very bright in the morning like other reviews have stated so if you need pitch black morning sleeping arrangements probably book elsewhere.

This is our 2nd stay here so that says more than anything else I could type. We had a smaller group this visit so we only needed this side of the condo. Just as it was last year, it was perfect for us. We love the location, the peaceful back deck and yard. The home is so comfortable. We love it!

Impeccable home that felt like we were going home each time we returned to the property. The location was just what we needed for a wedding weekend in the area. It was conveniently located to all the stores and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and so homey. Of all the times we have stayed at rentals with AirBNB, this was our favorite! Drinking coffee in the morning outside, in the patio area was just what we needed to start each of our busy days. Watching the white-tailed deer play in the field was a highlight as well. All the furniture and bedding was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was ideal. You simply can’t ask for a better place to stay. We loved it and so will you!

Our stay was nice and peaceful. The house is a great location and close to highways to get to any destinations. The house was just as seen in the photos listed. The beds could use an upgrade, but no bed is as comfortable as your own right? We would definitely book again if needed in the future. The host was great!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome from the start. The home was lovely, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up for guests. What truly stood out was their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs—such a rare and valuable quality! A special touch was when their kind daughter swung by to set up a pack 'n play for us, saving us the hassle and allowing us to focus on settling in with our baby. It's gestures like these that make all the difference. We'd love to stay at another of their properties in the future!

This home was very nice. Exactly how the home was listed. I initially did not mark the box for pets but she was very considerate and accommodating for my two dogs! We were in Spring Hill for a wedding at the Venue! It was a fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great time at The Cottage! It was better than we anticipated and Emily was great about checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and it was very clean and peaceful! We will be back!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

Dollys Penthouse was absolutely adorable & the highlight of our experience! It was my boyfriend & I's first time in Nashville. From the moment we walked in, the place gave major Dolly Parton glam-fun, vibrant, and full of personality. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully curated and made for such a unique and memorable stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better-close to all the best restaurants, bars, and live music spots. All the main attractions were about a 5-minute drive away! Perfect for anyone wanting that over-the-top Nashville vibe. The host was very sweet & communicative, check-in was seamless, and we felt really taken care of the whole time. We took soooo many cute photos both inside & outside the patio! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Nashville! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

Our stay was wonderful. Had to have a big surgery in Nashville and Jessica’s pit was the perfect place to recover and recharge before heading home. It was beautiful, peaceful, and such a great location. This was one of my first times using an AirBnB and i couldn’t have asked for a better location or host. She is very kind, responsive, and even did a load of our laundry when we ran out of clean clothes. Absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Love this location. The building entrance was easy to locate- navigation took us right there. All information provided by the host easily explained the steps to enter the building, pick up keys and locate the unit. The apartment was perfectly clean, had no issue with noise and loved being able to look out through the expansive windows and checkout the city while enjoying morning coffee. You can also see a view of the pool. All of the building amenities were fantastic- the gym is clean and has everything you would need, pool is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs, fire pit and relaxing outdoor furnishings. The available parking spot was also nice to have. Easy walk to Nissan stadium and surrounding areas. We felt safe walking day and night during our stay for the CMA fest. Overall- we would choose this location again- Beds were comfortable, a/c stayed cold and having a clean place to stay and enjoy our time.
