This was a gorgeous, well-kept, updated space to spend a weekend with my best friend. The hosts are responsive and very detailed. You can tell they have spent a lot of time and energy to make their space welcoming to all. I appreciate the amount of information they provide and how responsive they are. Located in a beautiful, private, quiet wooded setting. Spacious and a great outdoor deck. Unique location in the you have the enjoyment of pleasant drives in a scenic area as well as only a few minutes to Franklin and all the area has to offer. Would stay here again!

I always like staying here it is a great place that is just like home. Karla was great because I made a mistake on my booking when I did it and she notified me and extended my stay with no problems. She does a great job!

We had such a wonderful stay! The environment was incredibly peaceful, just what we needed to relax and recharge. One of the highlights for us was how friendly and therapeutic the dogs were! They were so sweet and welcoming, and it really added a special touch to the experience. You can tell this place is cared for with love. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, cozy getaway with some furry friends to brighten your day!

Easily communicated with us, and house was as expected with easy check in. Close to everything.

Everything was clean and perfect for my daughter and her husband on their wedding night. Candice had decorations placed and went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. They said the bed was comfy and the neighborhood was so cute and their stay was very private despite being toward the back of the house. We will definitely be booking this room again for future guests

Property was clean and just as advertised. Hostess communicated clearly and responded quickly. Our plans got rained out so it was nice to have a comfortable space. Appreciate our stay.

My husband and I along with our 12 year old daughter stayed at Rosie’s. It was perfect! She met us as we arrived and showed us where to go. She (and her pup magnolia) are super friendly! We dropped our things and headed out to 12th street just walking distance away for an afternoon/evening of shopping and dinner. Lots of fun shopping and great restaurants just around the corner. We came home and watched a movie and then fell into our super comfy beds. Her place felt more like staying with a friend than renting a room. She had tea bags, and a some snacks, and a blow dryer and body wash! Also the decor was great! It is a unique space and even though it’s kind of like a studio- there were nooks and crannies to tuck into. It really was perfect for our quick Father’s Day overnight trip to the country music hall of fame.

Tina and her beautiful Farm completely exceeded our expectations! We immediately felt so welcome on their incredible farm. Our kids roamed the property and were usually given treats to spoil the animals with. The grounds were breath taking and both Tina and Leno were incredible hosts. We felt like we were home and never wanted leave. We will definitely be returning at some point! We cannot thank Tina and Leno enough for their hospitality and for sharing their paradise with us!

Our stay was very nice. We were not at the apartment very much because of our need to be in the area but it was nice to have a quiet, clean and comfortable place to end our long days. It was very pretty inside and out!

Hosts are 100% reliable and responsive. People staying on the property were also helpful when we first arrived (takes a sec to get going with Latch system) Great vibe overall. Cozy bed. Shower head/pressure was great (I appreciate a nice shower experience). Red couch is big and super comfortable. Filtered water out of refer saved the day :) Plenty of space to lay your stuff out. Everything you need. The lobby has a concierge situation for leaving your luggage which is very convenient if you have a few hours to kill before a flight out. Excellent location for walking to Broadway. We ventured to East Nashville which I recommend for something different (The Treehouse restaurant, Buds and Brews, Beyond the Edge sports bar). I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be relatively close to Broadway! It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Clean and decorated so cutely!

What a lovely, well-appointed loft apartment! It's like the big reveal at the end of an HGTV redo show. Very comfortable in every way. And the location is perfect. We never drove our car until we headed home. Thank you so much!

The place was great, exactly as pictured! Dalton was a wonderful host. Very clean, comfortable and very clear check in and out instructions.

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

It was a wonderful place to stay! The accommodations were great, it had all the amenities we needed and more, it was clean, quiet, and super comfortable. I would definitely come back here! Elizabeth is a great hostess and easy to book with!

The Apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need! Perfect size for 4 adults! We walked to everything and always felt safe! We will definitely stay here again!

Sophie and Laurie were amazing hosts!! They had a beautiful place with great amenities in a very good location (very close to downtown)!! They were very friendly and responded very quickly, I highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Our stay at Taneka’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—close to all the downtown action but still peaceful and quiet. The space itself was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We’d love to stay here again on our next visit to Music City—highly recommend!
