Very close to Condesa, Roma & Polanco. 5 minutes walking to WTC & Pepsi Center. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed. 24 hours doorman service to deliver and receive the keys. Very safe and beautiful building. If need it, we can store luggage with a small additional charge. All services and transportation walking distance. Our family restaurant “Debarbas” is a great option to eat or drink something two blocks away.

Relax on this unique and quiet getaway, just a short walk across WTC Street, Pepsi Center, Plaza Toros, and Cruz Azul Stadium, wonderful location . Modern edficio and with good quality finishes industrial style and good taste, high ceilings. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony, 2 full bathrooms, a dining room, an open kitchen and parking. I will request identification of all guests by message once you confirm a reservation , it is a building requirement for access.

Enjoy a stylish and tasteful experience at this place. Specially designed to enjoy and relax. It's an ideal place for couples or a business trip. It has a balcony with an excellent panoramic view. With luck, you can enjoy excellent sunsets. We have blackout blinds to regulate the entry of light. A large bathroom and dressing room to pamper you with a shower.
