Absolutely amazing suite in the heart of Condesa. Adrian and Fernando were amazing host and always quick to respond. They even gave an amazing guide to the hot spots and restaurants surrounding the apartment. Despite being in town, the suite was exceptionally quiet at night and was easily walkable to some great food and sites. We will definitely be staying again when we are back in Mexico City. Apartment matched descriptions and had amenities such as shampoo and soap along with towels. Small kitchen essentials were available as well plus 2 bottles of water upon arrival. Highly recommend! Don't miss this beautiful spot!!

I had a great long stay here with my dog. The studio is spacious and very comfortable for one person. I especially enjoyed the private garden — it was lovely to have fresh air and a peaceful spot to relax. The neighborhood is vibrant, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to supermarkets. It’s also walkable to a dog park, which was important for my pup. The host and her partner are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I felt at home right away and would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time!! The home was gorgeous and well-furnished, the backyard was beautiful and accommodations were made (high chair and crib) for our 1 year old daughter upon request. Location was perfect for seeing everything we wanted to see in CDMX, and the neighborhood was quiet but far from dead. Highly recommend staying here instead of one of the hotels nearby!

Absolutely loved this apartment! Shawn is a fantastic host! Lots of space and unique details, a historic building with hardwood floors and a beautiful bathroom. Easy ride to and from the airport as well.

What a stunning place. The vibes were immaculate, the space is stylish and well appointed. I stayed for a week and had everything I could possibly need. Having a peaceful patio to sit and read a book when I needed a break from rambling around town was magic. Ian was lovely and helpful and offered personalized recommendations for bites to eat and drink nearby. Truth be told though, you're spoiled for choice in this location. I stayed in Roma Norte on my first night (only because this spot was booked) and I much preferred being in Roma Sur where you can take advantage of immediate spots in the neighbourhood, easily walk through the park to Condesa or head up to spots in Roma Norte. Nothing is more than a 15 min walk. Honestly, perfect. Not only would I stay here again but I would plan my travel dates to ensure that I could. 5/5 for sure.

We loved our stay SO much! Such a perfect central location close to Consessa, Roma Norte, and Juarez. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. It was so nice to have a separate bedroom and living / kitchen area - it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make the odd breakfast or dinner at home. The bathroom was very clean and a good size with a nice window. The bedroom was amazing - extremely comfortable King sized bed with crisp linens, blackout blinds, and AC. We slept better than we sleep at home! The rooftop pool / lounge area was a huge bonus; we spent at least 3 hours up there a day just relaxing. 90% of the time we had the entire rooftop to ourselves, but when we did meet fellow guests up there, it was so lovely and fun! The staff was unbelievably friendly and responsive. Anything we needed or asked for, we had within minutes. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!

Victor and his parents were so wonderful during our stay. We arrived early and were immediately accommodated. We were even welcomed with Wine and beer! Communications were quick and responsive; Victor’s English is excellent. We loved the place (so close to everything) and would recommend to all visiting Mexico City! You’ll get the best service and treatment with Victor and his family. With sincere gratitude to Victor and his parents during our stay.

Location is priceless and this place is right in the middle of a beautiful area of Condesa for a great price. Clau is a great host and the place is pristine. Front desk guards are super helpful and very friendly. It’s a bit smaller than I thought I would be from the pictures but sincerely I did not miss any space. It was perfect for my stay. Coffee shops, restaurants, easy access to Polanco, running area, all there close. Looking forward to stay here again.

I will definitely choose the same place the next time I come to Mexico city. Everything is perfect. Gracias.

This apartment was in a great location - walking distance to all the main sites - or a short uber ride. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Would recommend!

The accommodation is ideally located, close to virtually everything and has everything you need to stay every day you want. The arrival is very comfortable and the host is always available for any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on, and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it was something continuous, is that next to the building is the tolerance museum and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.

The place is as shown in the photos, it is in a safe and very accessible area. Columba is a super host, always attentive and making sure everything was fine. The building's security staff also provided excellent service.

Excellent location in the heart of the city

Nancy was very nice and I find her appartement very charming and clean (very nice smell also!). I appreciate the security system (I felt safe inside) and I recommend some ear plugs for the light sleepers (as mentionned in the description, it is on a busy corner!).
