Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Colombo

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was everything we needed and more. The space was spacious, clean, and perfect for living and working for a week. The WiFi was stable and reliable, which made working remotely a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we cooked every day without any issues. The location was ideal for a quiet getaway, set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, having a market just around the corner was incredibly convenient—we found everything we needed there, including the freshest produce. The gym, though small, had all the essentials we needed to stay active during our stay. Subhani was an amazing host—so responsive and kind, always available if we needed anything. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped home away from home!

Great location, spacious apartment, rooftop pool pool overlooking the sea view and gym. Apartment is fitted with all the necessary utilities. There are no interruptions with light — there is a generator. Great fast wifi.

It's a lovely, very private and clean place. Lots of art around and an art atmosphere. Many artists also come to absorb knowledge and help. An excellent place for a long stay, especially for those involved in art.

Highly recommend Sarath’s apartment, which actually *exceeded* our expectations and made our stay in Sri Lanka that much better. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family. Special thanks to Sarath!

We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

great place walking distance to the beach. swimmable sea. apartment doesn’t have a sea view. but that’s a plus because the seaside restaurants have pounding music in the weekend and the noise doesn’t travel to this apartment.

This is my second time staying at Lahiru’s place. It was a very pleasant experience. Lahiru and his father were very warm and friendly, and had all amenities mentioned. The layout of the house is luxurious and very pleasant. The place has an attractive jogging path around the lake, and the tranquility that comes with it makes it a pleasant place to stay. If I had to describe the area in a few words, I would say “peaceful environment to live in”. I definitely hope to come back for a third time.

Chinthake was super responsive and always really helpful. He was extremely accommodating and I had lots of little requests. The place felt like home and we really enjoyed our stay. The housekeeper - Thilakaratne was super friendly and helpful too. Gotta give it to him and Chinthake for being so accommodating. We’ll definitely stay next year as well 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Eranga's. The place is beautiful and is serene. His staff Mr Chandana is super friendly and helpful. We reached at 2300h from airport and he was there to help us move our luggage and settle down for the night. He also provided a delicious breakfast. We would love to come back and stay here. we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Ahmed and Shaira were very helpful and accomodating. The place was lovely, the view from the rooftop pool is awesome, and the place is in a fantastic location. Security was also top notch.
